I growled before following the tracks with a deep frown on my face, stopping for a moment and thinking about Luc trying to eat the creature. I chuckled softly at the thought before following the footprints to a rather small restaurant that seemed to be closed for a while. I stared at the doors for a moment before reaching for it, only to pause as I heard a soft chuckle behind me. I frowned before turning around and seeing...."Cassius," I asked, raising an eyebrow as I looked him up and down. He smiled and waved a little before hearing me ask,"But, I thought....?" "I died? I did," he answered, smirking as he moved his hair to the side to show a large scar where it looked like he had been bitten. Then, he lifted up his shirt and the legs of his pants to show more scar like marks. I nodded a little, a confused look on my face before hearing him say,"It's a trap." I frowned before asking,"I'm sorry, what?" "The creature, it led you here, it's obviously a trap, even a fool could see that." I growled a little before sighing and saying,"Well, thank you for the information, now scat before I kill you again." "You'll learn to love me, Maddie," He stated, smirking widely before I muttered,"Yeah, if by love you mean me stabbing your organs repeated until they were a bloody, red mush, I think I will learn to love you." He scoffed, rolling his eyes as I chuckled and walked around the back. I frowned, seeing no way of getting in the back. I walked back and took a deep breath before lifting a foot up and kicking the doors open. I walked in before smirking and saying,"Here's Maddie!" I giggled at the reference to here's Johnny before shaking my head and trying to focus. I looked around as I walked further into the restaurant before the stage lights turned on, making me cringe before looking and seeing Luc tied to a chair and a saw moving back and forth above her. "Luc," I yelled, making her look over before saying,"Bacon bits! You're a sight for sore eyes!" I chuckled before see something out the corner of my eyes. I yelped as I was tackled to the ground, groaning before my eyes widened as I realized it was the subject. I moved my hands up, placing my hands on it's neck and pushing back to keep it from sinking it's teeth into my chest. I paused before lifting a knee up and hitting it in the middle of it's chest. It groaned and fell off me before I got up, smashed a bottle and held it out for a weapon. I heard a scream, looking over to see the saw was dropping dangerously close to Luc. I growled, moving over before feeling the creature grab my leg and rip a good chunk of skin off of me. I screamed before bringing the bottle down and watched as it landed in the monster's eye, the other eye still containing Luc's fork. I didn't hesitate to rip the bottle out of it's face, taking it's good eye with it. I watched it fall back and scream in pain before turning and running up to the stage. I quickly started undoing Luc's restraints, very aware of the saw above her before hearing her say,"Maddie...." I raised an eyebrow, looking up at her before seeing her actually looking over my shoulder with wide eyes. I turned around and muttered,

"Shit." The creature had moved and I no longer knew where it was. I let out a shaky breath before turning back to her before seeing the creature behind her. It broke into a smile before throwing me across the room. I yelped before groaning and sitting up a little, rubbing the back of my head and looking at my hand to see it covered in blood. I got up, stumbling a little before falling back to the ground. I looked up to see the creature lunged at Luc before she broke out of her restraints and ducked down before holding the creature there until the saw came and cut deeply into the side of it's head. Blood spurted everywhere as Luc skipped to the kitchen, came back with a zip lock bag and filled it with as much of the creature's flesh as she could. She then moved over, helping me up before saying,

"Come on, meat loaf, we can leave the crazies to this town." I nodded as she helped me out of the building and down the street. She soon found a small car, breaking in with ease before helping me into the passenger's side and sitting down. She smiled and hot wired the car before speeding off. As I was blinking in and out of consciousness I looked through my hat and pulled out something I had time to snatch before we left. She looked over before gasping and yelling,"My fork!"
