I groaned as I slowly opened up my eyes, looking around for a moment before seeing Luc chained up to a wall. I got up and began walking over to her only to fall to the ground. I frowned before looking down to see my ankle was chained along with a large clump of my hair. I scoffed slightly before someone walked into the room. It was a tall man with white hair and grey eyes along with strange, upside down triangles underneath said eyes. I raised an eyebrow as he walked over, grabbing me by my chin and lifting my head up to look me in the eyes. I growled softly and pulled my head away as I heard him chuckle softly before saying,"Just as defiant as I expected you to be." I glared up at him before asking,

"Who the fuck are you?"

"I think you know, Madison-" I quickly cut him off by snapping,

"Maddie you son of a bitch, my name is Maddie! Madison died a very long fucking time ago." He smirked before saying,

"We'll see about that. As I was saying before you rudely interrupted me, your little ghosty goo already told you about me, I'm sure."

"Fuck, you're Antitheus," I asked, leaning back against the wall slightly. He nodded before saying,

"Speaking of your little ghost friend, he's already in the area I plan on sending you and your little man eater here." I looked over slightly to see Luc trying to pick the lock before Antitheus said,"there's no use trying to break free, you know. Even if you manage to escape you'll just be sent in sooner without me explaining anything." She made eye contact with me, looking for approval only to have me nod to let her know to listen to him. It'd be better to at least know what's going on.

"What do you want," I asked, tilting my head to the side slightly before he began explaining,

"I have this little game set up, the other players were much easier to find so I've already placed them into the game. This game is a game of survival, the last team left standing are the ones that win and I will allow them to have their one wish granted." I froze, thinking back on everything in my life before this moment, everything that's happened....mother, brother, asylum. I could change all of that? I mean, if my- Madison's family never died, I would've never been born. I shook my head before looking up at him and asking,

"I'm listening, so you want us to kill the other teams? Sounds easy enough."

"Oh no, you're all trying to survive, you can't kill them. If you kill one of them then I'm afraid you will be disqualified, meaning I kill you, so I don't suggest that course of action. Now, you can work together or go your separate ways, but you must stay with your team member until they die. I wish you both the best of luck." I nodded a little before reaching over slightly and unlocking the chains on my feet and hair before lunging at him. He laughed and dodged me before grabbing me by the hair and lifting me up slightly. I whimpered and reached over, picking up a broken piece of glass before raising it up and cutting off my long hair, leaving a choppy hair cut behind. He moved in front of me before placing two fingers on my forehead before his eyes shined a bright white before sending me flying. I braced for the impact only to never get it. I eventually felt myself falling until I landed on something rather soft.
