The hallway seemed oddly quiet. It were as if I was the only breathing soul at Ashton High.
"Here you go dear. Your daily schedule will be given to you by Mr. Calvin, your Algebra teacher." said Mrs. Morgan, the director.
Being introduced to class was quite uncomfortable. All period a young good looking boy kept looking at me. He had curly brown hair, green eyes, and a tanned complexion. He seemed shy and sweet, but his eyes were the eyes of a snake hunting eagerly for a tasty meal.
"Class dismissed." stated Mr. Calvin. "Finally!" I thought; though I felt worried when the good looking boy approached me. Is he going to bully me like all the boys I've known in my previous schools?
"Hi! The name's Eliot."
"Oh! Hey ... Eliot. I'm —"
"Sonny Adams, sixteen-years-old, from Michigan blah .. blah .. blah."
"How'd you .. know .. that"
"Didn't you just introduce yourself to class a few minutes ago?"
"Oh yeah! Silly me" I laughed nervously, shocked that he caught all that information quickly.
"Well, catch you later then!"
I watched him leave and packed my bag as soon as possible, forgetting I had class in a few minutes.
*********
What is he doing here again?
"Hey Eliot! Something wrong"
"My locker is right here! I guess we are locker partners"
"Great!" I said sarcastically, as the second school bell rang.
"Oh, class started ... see you around."
I watched him walk down the crowded narrow hall. It seemed as if he was the only one there. There was a golden light shining around his body. Then ... all was gone. There was no one there.
The silence broke by "Sonny Adams, please report to the principal's office immediately" Oh no, what did I do now?
**********
Walking down the vacant hall, I could here nothing but my footsteps. I walked a little further and felt a hand reaching to my lips form the back of my head.
I started screaming and fidgeting, but my screams weren't heard.
"Shhh. It's just me"
"E...Eliot?"
