Chapter 6

Sonny's P.O.V
I was curled up reading a good book only to find my mother calling me.
"Honey! We're home!"
I walked out the door nervously, excited to meet my new sister, Alexis.
Alexis looked older for her age. She had long blonde hair, light brown eyes, and a tanned complexion. She seemed shy, but I can tell she's a very social person.
"Hey, um .. Alexis" I said stretching out my hand to shake hers.
"Hi .. Sonny" she laughed nervously shaking my hand.

A few days have past and at first, I was very scared of what to say. This is my elder sister; I have to be able to open up to her and vice versa. But then, we both seemed comfortable with each other after a little while and we felt a very strong bond between each other. We talked for ages, and about everything. She told me about her parents. She told me about the orphanage. She told me about how her life has changed in under 6 months. Alex experienced many things in her past seventeen years, and therefore she had the answers to almost anything.
I told her everything there is to tell; especially about Eliot and the visions I keep getting.

"So what should I do? I love Eliot but I love my family more!" I asked furiously.
"What does your heart tell you?"
"My heart tells me to be with Eliot." I said thinking about the green serpent.
"And what does your brain tell you?"
"My brain tells me to be with Eliot." I said surprised at myself. I didn't expect that to come out my mouth. I looked at Alexis who had a very wide smile worn on her face.
"Then be with him! Follow your dreams. But remember that family always comes first."
"Do you think mom and dad will be fine with me having a ... relationship with him."
"Ask!"
And I did..

"Which movie do you want to watch?" asked Eliot.
"I don't mind" I said
"How about The Huntsman: winter war?" he said scrolling down his phone.
*knock* *knock*
"Who is it?"
"It's me Alex"
"Give me a sec" I said to Eliot.
I came out the door and there was Alexis wearing shorts and a cute black shirt. Her hair was styled with a messy bun looking pretty as always.
"How's your date with Eliot going?" she asked.
"Good I guess" I said shrugging.
"What's wrong? Aren't you excited for your 3rd date?"
"Yeah but I .. I want to do something romantic. Not watch a silly old movie" I said truthfully.
"Tell him then!"
"Ugh whatever! It doesn't matter anyways" I said walking to the door.
I saw Eliot lying down my bed looking at the ceiling.
"How about going out on a romantic date. Watching the stars at night maybe?"
I stood there shocked. That is exactly what I wanted.
"THATS A GREAT IDEA!!" I said squealing.
"Woah there. Quite down" he said sitting straight on my bed.
He looked perfect as always with his blue jeans and flannel shirt and a big smile on his face.
"Let's get going then!" I said not thinking. I was so excited!
