Rain's P.O.V.
"Mommy! Mommy! Can we please stay with Aunty River? Pwease!" He gave me his puppy eyes. This was his hundred-thousandth time asking me to stay with River. I was really thinking about it because Ryan and I have nothing here in Philadelphia. River is like the only friend I have so I have to consider her my best friend.
The only problem was Scott. How would he react to Ryan? Would he still be interested in me? Would he look at me like I'm disgusting?
"Mom! Is it because you're scared? If it is, you shouldn't be. I'll be there with and so will River and we will help you when something is wrong. Don't be scared mommy." He came and hugged me.
I started to cry. He is right. I shouldn't be scared just because of some guy. If he doesn't accept Ryan and I then he doesn't deserve us. I'll call River now. They're probably leaving soon.
I called River.
"Hello?""Hey, Rivs. I came up with an answer." I said with a smile.
"And what is that answer?" She asked in anticipation.
"The answer is...yes, we will come live with you in New York."
"YES!!!!! Did you pack already? Did you need help? Will your car make it to New York? I can get you a new one if you want. Actually I will get you a new one. How about a baby blue Porsche for you? I think that fits you. Wha-" I cut off her ranting.
"Whoa girl, slow down. I need to start packing now. I do need help. I don't know if my car can make it but I can try. And you don't have to buy me a car."
Okay, I'll be there in a little bit. And I am going to buy you a new car real quick. Do you mind if I bring Toby? I promise you he won't tell Scott about Ryan until we all meet back up in New York."
"That's fine. He can help Ryan with all his stuff."
"Okay so we'll be there in about 45 min. I have to get the car real quick."
"Ugh, fine but no more buying me anything."
"No promises. Bye!"
"Bye." And we hung up.
I looked at Ryan and he was smiling from ear to ear,"Are we really moving to New York?" He asked me.
"Yes we are. That means that you have to go pack all of your things up. We don't want to leave anything here and not be able to ever get it back, don't we?"
"No momma."
"Okay, now go to start packing your things. I'll be there in a little bit to help you out." He nodded his head and ran to his room.
I smiled. I think this was a good decision. I went to my room and got my suitcase out and started rolling up my clothes so I can have a lot more room. I got all my clothes to fit but my shoes won't fit at all.
"Mommy! Where do I put my stuff at?" Ryan asked me from his room.
"Hold on a sec."
I walked to his room and got the suitcase out of his closet and put it on his bed. "Put everything in there and fold them neatly. Don't just throw them in."
