Chapter 12

River's P.O.V.

"Wakey! Wakey! Eggs n' bakey! Wake up Aunt Riv!" Ryan came in my room and started jumping on me. "Just give me five more minutes." I grumbled and put the pillow on my face.

"Nope. You have school to go to and I have to search for a school because mommy said we have to."

"Ugh! Fine, but you have to tell your mom to make breakfast."

"Okay! Hurry up." He ran out my room.

I got up and went to take a shower and wash my hair. I didn't feel like flat ironing my hair so I just left it in its curly state. I put on some black skinny jeans(I know it's different), a red T-shirt, and some all black Supra shoes. I grabbed my backpack and went to the kitchen. I smelled the delicious smell of bacon and pancakes. In the kitchen, I saw Scott, Toby, Rain, Ryan, and Aaron feasting on the food.

"Thanks everyone for telling me that the food was ready." I said sarcastically.

"No problem." Aaron said, ignoring my sarcasm.

I got me a plate and put five strips of bacon and three pancakes. I was hungry. I ate that in like five to seven minutes. Then I was ready to leave.

"Are we carpooling or what?" Toby asked.

"We can but it would have to be two cars. I call driving mine!"

"I'll drive mines too." Scott said. He hasn't been the same. I'll have to tell Aaron to have a serious conversation with him and tell me what's going on.

"Okay, let's go." Toby said and we all started walking out. I said bye to Rain and Ryan and hoped that they find a good school for Ryan. I grabbed Aaron by his collar before he left the door.

"Whoa! What did I do this time?"

"Nothing but I need you to do me a favor."

"I will only do it if you let me go to the candy store and get whatever I want."

"Sure, whatever. I need you to have a serious conversation with Scott and ask him how he is doing with Rain having a child thing. After that tell me."

"Okay gotcha." We did our handshake and left. I got in my car and Toby was already in the passenger side waiting for me. "Hello slave." I greeted him. He rolled his eyes, "Hi." I laughed then drove off.

When we got to the school I saw Zion and Jaxon, I didn't want them to see me so I kept circling around the school. That didn't help because it just made more people look at me. I rolled my eyes and just parked in the parking spot. Toby and I got out the car and everyone was staring at us. I looked over and saw Scott and Aaron getting out of their car. They looked at me asking why these people were staring at us and I just shrugged my shoulders.

"River! River! Hey!" I heard someone call out and it was Tiara calling me with Rylan behind her. I walked towards them, "Hey guys! It feels like I haven't seen you two in forever."

"Girl, it's only been a weekend." Rylan said. We laughed. Then I felt someone tap my shoulder, "Hey River." I turned around and it was Jaxon. I wanted to roll my eyes but refused because I didn't want to be rude. He has been nothing but nice to me so I should be nice to him. "Hey Jaxon. What's up?"

"Nothing much. But I remembered that I was basically someone's slave this week." Oh yeah! So I have two slaves this week, maybe I should prank someone...

"I think I know what I want you to do for me." I told Jaxon and explained to him my plan.

Zion's P.O.V.

I have been trying to find out a way to talk to River without that Tony guy with her but it is impossible to separate them.

I'm currently talking to Jaxon and he keeps talking about River. I think he is truly obsessed with her. I then see these two cars pull up. They're new and beautiful. I don't know anybody who has those cars in our school though. I notice that everyone was staring at the cars and the the doors were opening. River and that Tony guy came out of one car and for the other car, Scott and Aaron came out.

River really looked beautiful. It's like she doesn't even have to try to look beautiful because she's naturally pretty. I wish I could say those things to her but I honestly think that she hates me. I don't know why she does but she does. I look around for Jaxon but he's gone. I look around again then I see him walking towards River.

I start to get jealous. How in the hell does he get to talk to her but she hates my very guts? What did I even do for her to hate me? I just wanted to talk to her and hang with her ever since I met her. But then it was like something clicked in her and then hatred was coming towards me. I just need to find out what I did and fix it. I need to get with her.

Hey guys, here is another chapter. Sorry for the late update but I've been super busy with life. I will try to update as soon as possible.

Also, I have figured out that I am terrible with conversations over the phone. When I text people, I feel like they don't like me immediately so I just don't know what to say to people. And I feel that if some of you guys see what I look like, I would get immediately judged. I don't know. Maybe I'm just being paranoid. But, anyways, let me stop ranting.
