~*~Chapter 10~*~

I heard this beeping sound. I tried to open my eyes, but they were to heavy. I tried to move every single part of my body but I couldn't. In the end, all I heard was the beeping sound and it was getting on my very last nerve. Finally, I put all my strength in getting my eyes open. When they finally open, I regret it. The light hurts my eyes so bad and the room is all white. "Ugh." I groaned.

"Cassandra?" Asked a raspy voice, thick with sleep. I couldn't tell who it was, but it belonged to one of the lads. "Oh my gosh! You're awake! I have to get the doctor!" Flinging the door open and yelling loud enough for the rest of the lads to wake up, Louis went to get the doctor. That boy can only be loud. I've never seen him quite for a long period of time. Well, except at the funeral.

"Cassandra!" All the lads gasped when they saw I was awake.

"Hey, lads. How long was I out?" I asked.

"Not long. Just the whole day, so about..." Said Liam, counting his figures, "about 8-9 hours. Not sure, it's about 4 a.m., but thank God you're okay."

"Yeah, I'm not died, so you guys can stop worrying about me." I playfully scolded. They chuckled. "Do any of you know why I was out?"

"The doctor wouldn't tell us. She said that she'll tell you and if you decide to tell us you would and what not." Explained Niall. "I'm so sorry, Cass. I shouldn't of pushed it."

"Wasn't your fault, Niall. Don't worry about it. It must not be anything important." I assured.

"Well, if it was nothing important, then why wouldn't the doctor tell us what was going on. This is actually scaring me, Cass. What if you have a deadly disease and you might die from it." Harry said a little to dramatic.

"Touché." I responded.

"Nice to see you're awake, Cassandra." We all turned our heads to face the doctor, walking into the room, followed shortly by Louis.

"I would say the same, but the color of the room hurt my head when I woke up." I replied. Everybody around me chuckled.

"Isn't the first time I heard that." Answered the doctor. "Now, can you lads please step outside so I can talk with Cassandra, privately." The doctor nicely stated. The lads looked at me and I nodded, they headed outside and the doctor shut the door behind them. "Cassandra, I have some news for you." She said. I nodded for him to continue. "You're about 6 weeks pregnant." She stated with a huge grin on her face. My mouth just hanged open.

"What?!" I shrieked. "How could that be." I dumbly asked. JOEY!! Gosh dang it!

"We'll, you see-" the doctor started to explain.

"I know how it happens." I cut her off harshly. "Oh my gosh. What am I going to do?" I asked my self, running my figures trough my hair.

"You know, there's always abortion." Said the doctor like it was no big deal. How could she say that! I bet if she was the baby, she would want to live.

"That's out of the question." I stated. "When will I be able to go back home?"

"You can leave in about 30 min. Just let get the nurse and she'll check if everything is alright." She said.

"Is there anything else I should know about being pregnant? Anything I should avoid?" I asked the doctor before she could leave. I don't care if the father is Joey, I want this kid to be safe, alive, and healthy.

"I'm going to give you some vitamins that you should take twice everyday. Oh, and also stay out of stress and avoid carrying heavy things." She warned. I nodded in response. After she walked out, the lads came right in.
