~*~Chapter 18~*~
"You know, I wasn't just going to let you go that easily." I heard a cruel voice ask. I remember hearing it before, I just don't recall when.
"Who are you and what do you want!?" I aggressively ask. I tried to get up but then I noticed I was tied to a wooden chair in a dark room with a flickering light-bulb hanging from the middle of the ceiling.
"Oh, you don't remember me, 'sweetheart'?" He snickers.
"What do you want?! Taking the only person I love wasn't enough for you!?" I shouted. He let out a loud and wicked chuckle. Another light turns on. There was another person in this room with me and 'him'. They were also tied up, but this person looked severely hurt. Their head was hanging over the top of the chair and looked as if you touched it, it would fall off. He turn the person around. I gasped.
"Now, like I was saying. You aren't getting out of this one so easily, Cassandra." He sent me a wicked wink and drew a knife from his back pocket. "Now, shall we start?" He mockingly asked. He moved the knife to the left side of Liz's neck. The tip dug in and blood started to show.
"No! I'll do whatever you want, just let her go!" I shrieked.
He evilly chuckled. "Funny. I thought I already got what I wanted from you." He says. This time, he moved the knife to the right. The tip was still through her skin so it made a cut through it. Blood instantly started flowing out.
"No! No! No! Let her live! Take me instead! She's too young!" I shrieked once again. Tears rushing down my face.
"Cassandra! Cassandra wake up!" I opened my eyes to meet a scared Cher on top of me. I was shivering, sweating, and hyperventilating. Tears were flowing down my face. "Cassandra, we have to tell a doctor about this. It's not good for your health." She was right. This has been happening for about a week now. Every. Single. Night.
I shook my head. "I'm okay Cher. I'm going to take a shower." She nodded giving up and got off of me and I ran into the bathroom. Breath Cass. It was just a dream. In. Out. In. Out. I told myself over and over again through my head, gripping the edge of the sink. I was still a little shaken up from the nightmare. It felt so... so real. I looked up into the mirror. I had dark bags under my eyes and my eyes weren't their usual light brown. They were dull, almost grey.
When I finally cooled down, I started to undress and hopped into the shower. I decided that a cold shower would be best. I washed myself then got out and wrapped the towel around me. I walked into my room and went to look for some clothes to wear. I decided to just grab some black yoga pants and a simple grey v-neck. I put my medium length hair into a messy bun and put on some socks then slipped on some white tennis shoes.
I met Cher in the living room. Today, we were going to pick up Ariana and Andrew. They been there for a week already and I miss them so much. "Ready?" She asks. I nod. "Let's go them." With that, we left to the car.

"Hey, baby. Look, we're home." I cooed at Ariana. She just looked at me and gave me a toothless smile. Her green eyes seemed to light up whenever she looked at me. Maybe it was just because I was her mom. Andrew was in his car seat sound asleep. He was so adorable. These kids did almost look like him, but they also looked like me. They both had my brown curly hair, but they had Joey's green eyes. Andrew had creamy colored skin, which came from Joey, and Ariana had my tan colored skin. I guess you could say that she looked like me, but Andrew just looked like a mix of both Joey and I.
"Cassandra, a little help here." Cher said as she tried to carry Andrew in his car seat and both the dipper bags which were pretty heavy.
"Cher, you're so small. Why did you even try to carry both of them?" I asked laughing at her. She jokingly punched my arm. "That felt like a fly just hit me." I joked.
