Chapter 14

What!? Why couldn't they tell me this before!? I looked over to Cher, and she has the same expression as me. Shock and confusion. She put a figure up as motioning me to be quite.

"W-what do you mean you don't hear a heartbeat?" She asks hesitantly.

"Yeah, I don't hear a heartbeat." The doctor says with a smile. "I hear two heartbeat." I let out a sigh and then my eyes widen. Two kids. In me. Now that's going to be a hand full.

"Oh my gosh!! I'm going to be an aunt of two!!" Squeals Cher, doing a little victory dance in her seat.

"Would you like to know their gender?" The doctor asked me.

"Yes please." I say gulping.

"Okay, well, baby 'a' is a.... Um... Baby 'a' is a boy! And baby 'b' is, hmm, let's see." She says moving the wond thing around on my stomach. "Baby 'b' is a girl! Congrats!"

"Oh my gosh! I'm going to spoil them! Especially the girl! I'm going to be the best aunt ever!" Gushed Cher, jumping happily in her seat. "I got to tweet this!"

"Don't use my name!" I warned. I already have enough with the whole One Direction thing that I don't think I can take the rumors saying that I'm pregnant from one of the boys. Now that, would be weird.

"Noted." She said tweeting away happily.

"Okay, now we have to find baby names!" Cheered Cher plopping down into the couch with me.

"Don't you think it's a little too early for that?" I asked.

"It can never be too early to find baby names." She states pointing a finger at me.

"Let's just call the boys and ask?" I said.

"We could, but don't you think that it would be suspicious?" She asks. Right then my phone rings.

"Speaking of the devil." I mutter. "Hello?"

"Hey Cassie! How are you?" Asked a cheery Niall. I chuckle.

"I'm swell. How are you and the lads?" I asked.

"The usual. We just got out from an interview. We have a surprise for you!"

"If only you knew the surprise I have for you guys." I say under my breath.

"What was that Cassie?" Niall asks, clearly confused. "I didn't catch that."

"Don't worry about it." I assure. "So, when are you guys coming back?"

"That's for us to know and for you to find out." He snickers.

"Ugh! Niall, you know hate waiting!" I say.

"Patience is a virtue, Cassie." He states.

"I don't have that many virtues Niall! Just tell me!" I cried.

"Ops. Sorry Cass. I have to go or else we're going to miss our flight." He rushed through the phone.

"Alright, bye Niall. Say hi to the boys for me!" I hung up the phone and turned to Cher.

"What they say?" She asked picking her nails.

"Niall said that they have a surprise for me." I answered running my figures through my short, curly hair.

"Ooo, I wonder what it is." Cher faked confusion.

"Oh my gosh! You knew!? When were you going to tell me!?" I said facing her.

"It's suppose to be a surprise." She smirked.

"I know, but tell me!" I begged.

"If I did, then it wouldn't be a surprise, now would it?" She was right, but still, I don't like to wait.

"Cher... please." I kept on begging.

"Nope." She said popping the 'p'. She got up and went to the door. "Bye, Andi. See ya later."

"Yeah, whatever, bye." I said. She walked out the door and shuts it.

I get up and go to my bedroom to sleep.
