Chapter 17 -Friendship

David POV

"What in the hell is going on here!" I had lost it! Emma pulled away from Killian and gave Mary Margaret a look! "Sweetheart I think it's time I tell you whats going on." Mary Margaret said to me, then grabbed my hand and lead me to our bedroom.   

Emma POV

Killian and I went to the lounge room not saying a word, we just sat on the couch with his arm around me. About 15 mins later we both heard yelling from upstairs then dad storming down and coming over to us. "OUT!!" He shouted, Killian quickly got up and began to leave when dad shouted again "Both of you!" His eye staring dead at me, my heart felt like it was being ripped out of my chest, he hated me! I knew he would be mad but I didn't think he would kick me out! "David!! we can talk about this, nothing as happen in over to two weeks and that both understand it can't happen again!" Mum said trying to calm down my father but failing. "That you know of Mary Margaret! She could be lying to you! Emma has probably fucked him million time over!" My body began to shake, I just wanted to run! 

And that's what I did with Killian following close behind, dad yelled as out again but I couldn't hear him over my sobs. I felt Killian grab my hand as I was about to get into my car. "Emma stop where are you going? You should go stay with a friend I can take you." He said trying to hold back his own tears. "NO! I don't want to be with anyone but you!" I shout. "Emma that's not a good idea we might do something we regret." Killian tired to calm me. "I don't care my dad already think I'm a slut! So I might as well be one!" I was so mad! I just wanted to fuck Killian right here just to piss dad off! "Emma you are not! And that's why you are going to stay to Liam's place if you wont go to a friends!" Saying sternly as he pointed next door, I gave in seeing he wasn't going to change his mind.

After knocking on the door Liam seemed shocked to see us. "Hey what's up?" Liam asked "Liam can Emma sleep here tonight? I'll explain tomorrow." Liam just nodded and let me in and showed me up to the spare room where I lay on the bed slowly crying myself to sleep.

Liam POV (Next Morning)

I woke to the sound of Elsa snoring, 'It was bloody loud! but still cute' I smiled down at my wife to be, gave her a little kiss then headed down to start breakfast. I was just about finished when I heard foot steps coming behind me, I quickly span around planting a kiss on who I thought was Elsa, but being pushed away instantly. "What the hell Liam!?" I opened my eyes to see Emma! 'Fuck I had forgot Killian dropped her off last night. "Shit Emma I thought you were Elsa!" I said shyly as my checks went red. "That's ok, just don't tell Killian your a better kisser!" She said with a wink then bursting into laughed as I joined in. I really did like Emma and not in a romantic way but like a little sister and maybe one day she would be, if Killian could just keep his hands of her till she graduated which was still 5 months away.

After breakfast Emma was up having a shower and Elsa had left on her morning walk along the river. I heard the a knock at the door, going over opening it to see David. "Hey mate, what's up?" I asked "Can I come in?" David asked in a sad tone. "Wait does this have anything to do with Emma and why she stayed here?" He seemed shocked by this, "Wait Emma stayed here? Not with Killian?" I simply nodded "Ok maybe we should go somewhere else to talk?" David suggested. I let Emma know I was going out and to make herself at home.

We got in the car and drove down to a little bar we usually hang out at after work. Sitting down with a beer each. "Soo...What happened late night after Emma punched Milah? You kick her out over that?" I questioned my friend. "Well I was of course mad about that but then Mary Margaret told me about Killian and Emma being closer then they should be!" David began to tear up "Liam she'll my little girl! How did I let this happen!" His sobs became louder. It all made sense now. "I'm sorry mate, I should of said something but I wanted to trust my little brother that it would never happen again." I said lower my head. "Wait you knew!" He sighed then continued "Well I don't know if anything has, but when I heard about it I could only think the worst, and I said some terrible thing to Emma." I pulled David into a manly hug as a tear dripped down my face. "I really wanted to tell you David but I promised Killian I would't, he didn't want to lose his friendship with you. He really does look up to you David." I said "Do you trust him?" David said pulling out of our hug. "Yes I do, Killian loves Emma. He may not even fully know it yet but I can see it. He would put his whole life on hold if it meant being with her." I saying look David right in the eye. "I think it's time I apologize to my daughter and put a bit more faith in her, Killian also." David said then we got up and head off home.
