"Hi, Lauren." Lauren scowled right as she recognized the voice, keeping her eyes ahead on the board. "Lauren!" Zayn whined from behind her and she didn't have to turn around to see the sarcastic pout on his face.
Turning her head to the side so she was half looking at him, she spoke through gritted teeth, "What?" to which Zayn raised his hands up in defense, a small grin making it way to his face.
"Just wanted to say you look good today."
"Aw, thank you, Zayn. You do too." Smiling sweetly, Lauren spoke softly. Zayn slowly raising an eyebrow in return before a small smile appeared on his face as he spoke, "Really?"
"No."
