Third Person's POV
-3 hours earlier-
Nathan drove away from the summer house and took sharp, quick turns down familiar streets to get to where he was summoned by his girlfriend on the phone.
He wasn't really planning on going but Kristen's words were like a bucket of ice cold water that hit him hard on the testicles.
He knew she was right.
He was cheating on his real girlfriend and he didn't even care. Well, he cared but whenever he was around Kristen, whenever they were together... he just forgets that there was another girl involved in their crazy messed up world and it wasn't fair.
It wasn't fair for Kristen nor Sophia. He was dangling two amazing women at the same time, leading them on and not even bothering to feel guilty about it.
Of course he felt the guilt consume him when he was slapped by the reality of Kristen's words, which led him to come to his senses and do the right thing.
He needed to stop this charade. He needed to stop being a complete douchebag even though it wasn't on purpose. He needed to choose one even if it was the hardest thing for him to do.
They weren't just any girls... they were KristenMorganand Sophia O'Riley.
Both girls meant a lot to Nathan and if he let one of them go, he would be devastated.
Sophia was the girl who put the pieces of his heart back together and stood by him even though their parents never approved of them dating while Kristen, on the other hand, was his first true love. She was the first girl that made Nathan's heart roar like a burning fire, made Nathan feel cared for and loved entirely but she was also the first girl who destroyed him by rejecting his undying love for her.
Even though Kristen broke his heart, the little glint of hope and love inside Nathan never diminished because he loved her with everything and that grew when they were once again played by fate.
It was difficult for Nathan Gregory but... he needed to make his choice. He needed to man up and grow some balls.
He arrived at the Spaniard house his current girlfriend stayed at, his breathing starting to accelerate because of the nervousness he felt throughout his body.

After maybe ten minutes of calming himself down, he huffed out a breath and went out of the Mercedes-Benz, locking it before making his way towards the entrance door. He hid his hands inside the pockets of his jeans, preventing them from shaking nervously.
