This is it. The day im going to be tied up with someone i don't wanna be with my entire life.

Flashback

"Hahahaha." Rodrigo didn't stop tickling me so i have to kick him.

"Aray." He acted as if he was hurt

"Sorry love. Ahahahaha ang kulit mo eh." We both properly seated on the mat we're actually having our picnic time here in the hills.

"Miriam, natatanaw mo ba ang simbahang iyon?" He pointed at the church not so far away here.

"Hmmm?"

"Dyaan magsisimula ang panibagong kabanata ng ating buhay." He hugged me from the back while we are staring at the church. It is like one of the smallest church in town.

"Alam kong maliit lang ito.." he placed his chin above my arms while still holding me.

"Pero pinipili ko itong maging lugar ng pagiisang dibdib natin dahil ito ang sumubaybay sa paglaki ko, simula nung ako'y bata pa."

"Talaga?"

"Oo, hanggang sa ako ay magkamalay, magbinata at hanggang sa makilala kita." He chuckled.

"At ipinangako ko sa sarili ko at kay itay na dito ko gagawin lahat ng pangyayari ko sa buhay." He tightened her hug.

End...

"Miriam! Okay ka lang?" My mom asked me. I nodded in response.

"Im just nervous." I said, She just smiled at me.

"Everything's gonna be fine." She dragged me out of the car. I did breathing exercises just to calm my nerves. Once the door of the church open, tears also started to fall of my eyes.

Not because im very overwhelmed..

Or  my happiness is overflowing..

It's because i am sad.

SAD. on how the way my life journey goes. Almost everybody thinks that im perfect; fame, fortune, intelligence, face and the likes. But not every material things makes a person happy, it's the love that fulfills every bodies need. In this cruel world we are in, finding a true person that will truly love you, is the very best luck you can have.

These petty faces smiling at me right now might turn me down in the future. because they are here for money. What a whores..

Looking at the other end of the church is where my "significant other" is standing
