Embrace your inner darkness
Feel anger shoot through your body
Let the dark cloak of the night
Devour your thoughts, raw;
Let the cold walls sharpen the blades of your nails
Let the venom of the clouds drop on your skin
Penetrate your veins and poison your blood
Turn it to tears cutting your beautifully sad face.
The moon is evil, it snatched a piece of my heart
To complete its ridiculously thin crescent
To feel powerful and almighty again
To add the last word to its mischievous spell.
If time stands still nothing can go wrong
Maybe if I freeze the world would freeze with me
Or keep happily spinning with the sun
Because I'm nothing and irrelevant.
I'm stuck in the past like I'm six feet under
I am being sucked in by my black holes
The universes in my tired eyes are hidden
Buried deep under gloomy woods.
My sore body got used to its shrivelled shape
Countless knots inside of me block the light
My heart beating slower as tedious minutes pass
Approaching the darkest hour of the night.
But then, as I'm breathlessly holding onto the edge
A rope of light stretches out from behind the mountains
I let go from everything and hold onto last hopes
And suddenly,
I survived.
