Listen to Country Ain't Never Been Pretty by Cam and you'll know exactly how I interpreted this. And it's just a very fun song to listen to!

Gif of Kylie below! Hope it works and that it is readable. It includes a tiny hint ;)

Happy reading! <3

With my left hand tucked in the pocket of my high waist jeans, I walked towards the baseball field. I was inspecting my strawberry-red lipstick in my phone's screen, making sure it was still on perfectly. I smacked my lips and decided that it still looked good and I let my phone slide back into my pocket.

Caleb had texted me about half an hour ago that they almost started their rehearsal and that I should wait a good fifteen minutes before showing up. Otherwise Kylie would personally punch me off the premises, because I would be 'trespassing' according to her. Knowing the fire-spitting dragon inside of her, it seemed wise to follow Caleb's instructions if that meant that I had a chance at avoiding the evil side of her.

I heard loud catchy music coming from the baseball field. In the distance, I saw dancing figures dressed in pink and black. If Caleb hadn't told me that Kylie was the one who came up with the idea, I would have figured it out by now. The choice of music and the colors had Kylie written all over it.

'Take a sip of my secret potion, I'll make you fall in love,' I heard someone sing.

Oh no. Once I heard that line, I recognized the song instantly. It was Black Magic by Little Mix. Don't get me wrong, those girls are fantastic, but this song is just a little bit too girly for my taste. What made it even worse was that the girl who was singing right now had an awfully sugar-sweet voice. You know, the kind of sweet that makes your teeth rot in a second.

Coming closer, I saw that the painfully sweet voice belonged to Kylie. I should've known that she would sing the lead. For pete's sake, it was Kylie we're talking about, she would never stand in the background. Prancing around in a short pink witch-like dress, she waved a sparkly wand around a guy's head. His back was facing me, so I didn't know who the poor soul was. Still, I felt sorry for him that he had to be Kylie's partner. Nobody should have to endure that pain.

Just like Kylie and the unknown guy, the rest of the group was paired up. All boy-girl couples. How that came together so perfectly, I didn't know. But honestly, I didn't want to know either.

I searched for caleb's face, but I couldn't find him. It did not help that all the boys were facing me with their backs. I thought I should be abel to recognize him, but with the black magician suitsall the boys were wearing - complete with a hat - I couldn't figure out which one was Caleb.

'Boy, you belong to me,' Kylie sang as she caressed the boy's cheek and turned his face to her. All the other girls moved exactly the same, making the dance look synchronously. 'I got the recipe. And it's called black magic.'
