P.2 Chapter 17

I could hear our footsteps pounding on the weak wood but I didn’t waste trying to cover it up. Alaster was right behind us. “Turn left!” Harry yelled.

Alaster was close enough to catch me and I saw the grin on his face. I couldn’t take it anymore. I sent a gust of wind his way and  I heard him hit the wall as Harry close the door behind us.

“Nice shoot.” I smiled. “Thank you.” I replied. “Now since you bough us some time I think I can find the entrance in peace.”

Harry started to touch the wall. “Um…there isn’t exactly an entrance here.” Nataile replied, and I thought the same thing. All I saw was a plain old room.

Harrry still searched and by then he reached the end of the wall. “This si hopeless..” I mumbled.

“Found it!” Harry said as he pushed the corner of the wall. “How the hell is that suppose to work.”

But I spoke to soon because as soon as he pushed it a door opened out and we could see inside a tunnel..

            Natalie and I stood there dumply. Harry laughed. “See you can trust me..now come on.”

I got out of my shock. “How exactly are we going to see in ther its dark.” Now Natalie and Harry laughed. They flicked there finger and flames erupted in there hands. I could feel myself blush.

“Yeah..lol..forgot..” Natalie shok her head. “Some things never change.” She walked into the tunnel and I flowed her in.

“What is that suppose to mean?”I asked. Natalie didn’t reply. Fine..two can play at this game.

I kept quiet the rest of the way. The tunnel was stil dark even though there was fire.I broke my vow of silence to ask a question.

“How exactly do you know this was here Harry?”I mean who would hide a secret tunnel entrance in a room with nothing in it…

“Rumors…then I asked Samuel for the blueprints of this place so I could see if it was true or not. There seem to be a part missing and it seem to fit that there could be a tunnel.”

“So if your wrong tehn we would be dead?” asked Natiel before I could. “Yes,we would but where not are we..”

This guy..he is so full of himself. “How could they have gotten the blueprints? I thought Alsater would keep his hideout all “top secret.” I asked.

“Actually its not. Its the Tod Maner Ally. Its been in your family for awhile. Everyone knows Alaster would live in it. He knows that though no would dare to attack it.”

“Why that?” I asked. “Lets just say that you wouldn’t want to be alone in that house at night.” I swallowed  and almost ran into Natalie.

“So is this the way out?” I asked Nataile. Standing in front of us was another door but atleast this one had a key pad. I walked over to it but saw it didn’t actually require it a key it was  a scanning pad most likely Alaster.. “ Now how are we going to get out of here! I bet his stupid this requires Alaster print to get open it.” Can my life very be simple as a simple door begin opened.

“Actually it doesn’t. Any Tod would work. It is the Tod Manor. Both of them looked at me.

I just stood there and fear struck me. “Are you sure?? How does it even know I  am Tod??? How about if it burns my hand or something if we are wrong!”

“He has not been wrong yet, Ally.” Natalie said. Harry looked at her. “Thank you Natalie, that means a lot.” He said in a joking voice. Natalie laughed.

“Grr….tratior! You guys better not be wrong.” I stepped up to the key pad and placed my hand on the pad.

For a second nothing happen but then it began to glow and scan my hand. I took a deep breath in and hope nothing would happen. I couldn’t take the wait and closed my eyes.

“Hope you enjoyed your stay Ally Sane,come back.” said the mechanical voice. I opened my eyes.. and saw a beautiful forest even beautifully cause Will was standing right in it.
