So this was inspired by a personal expirience of mine. A girl was being super mean and asked why I didn't were make-up to cover up my hidious freckles (this was back in elementary school). Thinking about this, I decided to make a chapter on how awesome freckles are! (If you don't have freckles than I guess this chapter doesn't really pertain to you... Sorry!) BTW this is also going to be set in Modern Day, present world rather than the HXH world.

(Y/n)'s POV

Class had let out, and now I was among the students clamoring to get all their stuff ready for the next class. I opened my locker and shoved my Math notebook inside, grabbing my History textbook and notes to make room for the thick spiral bound, five subject notebook. Only math would require such a beast of a notebook.
Slamming my locker shut, I turned around and started to make my way over to where I saw Killua standing, probably waiting for me seeing as we had the same class this period. Smiling a greeting I reached his spot in the bustling hallway. Three minutes left before we would be considered late for class.
"Oi! Kil! Get your butt moving or we are going to be late!" I waved a hand in front of his face to get his attention.
"Huh?" He looked over at me, and then at the watch fastened around the wrist I was waving in front of his face. "We're going to be late!"
"That's what I said..." I grumbled as he sped down the hallway. I followed, slightly running to catch up. We made it to the history room just as the second bell rang.
After a scoff from the teacher we took our seats, Killua sat at the desk to my right, and class begun. After twenty minutes of listening to our teacher's boring lecture, we were allowed some time to work on notes for the assigned chapter. Sighing, I took a pencil out of my bag and started to scribble down notes.
I was interrupted my a small "Pssst!" Coming from my right. Turning to face the violet-eyed boy, I glared at him playfully before replying.
"What is it Kil?"
"Where those girls in the hallway earlier giving you any trouble?" At hid words I started to think about the conversation I had after second period.
"Nope." I responded, looking back down at my work.
"(Y/n)," He whined, "I know your lying!"
"It's nothing to worry about Killua."
"I just want to say that I think your freckles are adorable..." He murmmered.
"Well I appreciate the compliment." I tried to remain cool on the outside, but inside I was freaking out. I bet a hint of pink was dusting my cheeks.
"And I think that you should never let anyone tell you othetwise." Killua puffed out his chest a little, trying to make himself look all confident.
"Thanks, Kil."

I know it was a little short, but it's better than no update for months right? XD As always, thank you for reading, voting, and commenting!
