Truth

Regina slowly opened her eyes and was welcomed by a bright lights invading her vision. Her head was throbbing and as she slowly pushed herself up on a bed she realized where she was however before she could move off the bed she was pushed back by Dr Whale. 

"Regina I think its best that you should stay in bed." Dr Whale was now standing over Regina with a grin on his face.

"Why are you here?" 

"Well I'm here because I am a doctor and I came here to tell you that you and your child are okay. Plus Miss Swan has been by your side since yesterday night."

Regina was in shock, now Dr Whale new about the baby and she had to keep it a secret until she was ready but as she turned to the visitor chair beside her she noticed the Emma's red leather jacket hang on it.  "Does Emma know about the baby?" 

"No. I say Miss Mills is this love child suppose to be a secret." His grin grew bigger as he knew the answer. 

"You can't say a word do you understand, not...a word." Regina slowly turned towards Whale her face pale but anger and fear filled her eyes.

To be honest Regina I really don't care about your personal life but your child is okay and heath and the the reason you fainted was because your body is still getting used to being pregnant.

placing a hand on her stomach Regina still could't believe she was pregnant. She near thought it could happen because of what she did in the Enchanted forest but here she was carrying her little miracle. However she wasn't sure if she should keep it as she was afraid  more problem would happen due having so many enemies. Interrupted from her thoughts she watched Emma walk into the hospital room with a cup of coffee. 

"Oh thank god Regina your awake, are feeling out?" Emma said with concern in her voice. 

"I am fine just haven't been eating probably that's all." Regina said as removed her hand from her  stomach.

She will able to leave in the afternoon we want to keep an eye on her just in case. Whale said and made his way out of room. Leaving the both the women alone in the room.

  Awkward silent filled the room but Emma knew there was something wasn't right and she promised Henry that she would find out why. "So care to tell me what's really wrong with you." Emma said as cross her arms facing Regina 

Looking away from Emma, Regina didn't say a word. She couldn't tell Emma that she was pregnant she just couldn't she wasn't ready to tell anyone but as Emma moved around the bed to face her again with trust in her eyes.

Regina I know we have been through a lot but you look like haven't slept in weeks and Henry told what's been happening with you being sick. I know something isn't right and being your friend I want to know what's really wrong. 

"You think we are friends" Regina said as looked back at Emma with disbelief. 

" Well yeah I mean like it or not Regina we are family now." Placing an hand on Regina's shoulder she gave it a little squeeze to reassure her.

Sighing Regina pulled herself together, maybe she could trust Emma. With a slight pause Regina decided to tell the truth. 

I'm pregnant.
