Emma's eyes widen as Regina told her the truth. " Your pregnant?" Emma said in surprised as she went to sit back in her seat. " Why haven't you told anybody aren't you happy about this."

"No...yes I don't know" Regina said as she looked back at Emma with tearful eyes. 

What do you mean? Emma asked with a confusion 

"I can't have children Emma...this wasn't meant to happen and now I am left with this feeling of doubt. A doubt that anything can go wrong with this baby at any moment because of what I did back in the Enchanted forest." On the edge of tears Regina closed her eyes and took a deep breath in to clam herself.  

"Regina I know your going through a lot but what did you do back in the Enchanted Forest, surely it was fixed once the curse was broken."

I drank a potion that took away my right to conceive because of my mother's manipulative plans for me to bear an heir so she could control it like the way she controlled me. Sighing Regina opened her eyes letting the tears fall down her face. Emma placed her hand on Regina's hand as she listen to Regina.  

Regina I had no idea you were going through this but you don't have to go through this alone.I mean this is a miracle." Emma looked back at Regina with hope in her eyes. 

But what if I lose it, I don't think I handle another lost. Regina said as she stared to sob 

Regina have hope just think if it all goes well you will have a little bundle of joy in your arms. 

Thinking of the thought Regina smiled to herself as she remembered baby Henry and the day she brought him home. It was the first time she felt truly happy. 

"Regina I have one question I need to ask you." Emma said as laded back into her seat. "Who is the father?"

Regina went silence as she debated with herself on telling Emma  about Sydney being the father of her child but gaining her courage again Regina thought it would be a good idea to tell her. "Sydney is the Father, but you can't tell anyone about this not Sydney, Henry or even the uncharming  for that matter."

"Yeah sure but you need to tell Sydney about this after all he is the father and he has the right to know Regina." Emma went through her bag and handed Regina a tissue.

I well tell him but just need to get my thoughts together. Regina whispered as dried her eyes with the tissue Emma had offered her.

Henry was getting ready for school at Mary Margaret and David's house in the space room up stairs. He didn't get much sleep since he over heard Mary Margaret phone call with Emma about his mum fainting at work. He didn't understand what was happening to his mum but what ever it was he hoped that Emma would tell him after school. Making sure his uniform was looking right he made his way down stairs to the kitchen for some hot chocolate with cinnamon and toast that his Grandma was making for him.

"Good morning Henry, ready for a new day at school." Mary  Margaret said as she handed Henry his breakfast. 

"Not really I have Maths first thing in the morning." Henry mumbled as he took a seat at the table. "Where's Grandpa?" Henry asked as he tucked into his breakfast. 

"He is helping Ruby and Granny at the diner they seem to be having problems with their cooker." Mary Margaret said as she poured herself some green tea however as Henry was half way through his food the phone rang.

"Hello" Mary Margaret said as she answered the phone

Hi Mary Margaret it me Emma I am phoning to let you know that Regina is okay and tell Henry he doesn't have to worry she will be out during the afternoon

"Oh that good news I will tell Henry but what happen with Regina, I mean what caused her to faint all of sudden." Mary Margaret whispered the last part as she didn't want to alert her grandson.

It wasn't anything serious don't worry. Emma said as she didn't what give away what was really wrong with Regina. 

"Are you sure you don't just faint over nothing?"

I don't really know the details but I have to go, please tell Henry not to worry okay. Emma said before she hanged up. 

"Well I have great news Henry your mother will be fine she will be out of the hospital in the afternoon you don't have to worry."

Did Emma say why Mum Fainted? Henry said as his concern returned to his face once again. 

"No Emma didn't say but I am sure what ever it was is gone now, I'm sure." moving back to finish her green tea. 

Henry was getting tired of people lying to him about his mum's health, he had been able to focus and hate the fact of being left in the dark. First his mum herself wouldn't tell him and now Emma. He knew Emma was hiding something as she would always told Grandma everything but for some reason she wouldn't tell. The only way he could real get answers was to get some one to find out what was happening in the Hospital. Henry Knew Mary Margaret would get involved in finding out his mum due to their history together and he knew David wouldn't either. The only person Henry could think of was Sheriff Graham however he knew he might need to be persuaded and Henry had just the idea.

"Hey Grandma I'm going to school early I want to meet up with Hansel and Gretel if that okay." Henry said as he rushed to pick up his bag but before Mary Margaret could get a chance to say anything Henry was out the door. 

As Henry made is way to his Mum's Vault he knew what he had to do.
