Ed's POV
My eyes slowly opened, and I blinked slowly.
"Brother! Your awake!" Al exclaimed. I nodded.
"Glad to see your finally up Fullmetal." Mustang added. I sent him a short glare. "Do you remember anything?" He asked. I thought about it.
"Last thing I remember was being paralyzed, and falling into someone..." I mumbled. Suddenly, shock ran through my body. "I can move again...!" I realized. Mustang and Al nodded.
"The doctors were able to catch whatever Kaito put into your bloodstream." Mustang said, making me nod.
"What happened to Kaito?" I asked.
"He's in prison now. And he was stripped from his position of Governor." Mustang explained. I nodded, and sat up slowly.
"Be careful Brother. You'll be discharged tomorrow, and knowing you, you'll probably extend your stay by hurting yourself again...." Al sighed, making Mustang laugh.
'Tomorrow.....Mustang was supposed to take me out tomorrow right...?' I thought, chancing a quick look at Mustang. He caught my stare, and a blush quickly spread across my face.
"Ed are you feeling alright? Your face is red..." He asked, using a soft and caring tone.
"I-I'm fine...!" I quickly replied. Mustang nodded, and stood up.
"I'll be taking my leave now. I'll see you at work Fullmetal, Alphonse."
