For me to fall for you

Well, I'm just in love these past few days
One laugh to connect us two
You make me feel lightweight
Teasing each other we do
I believe we're brought together by fate
One past to have our hearts broken
You still haven't moved on from her
How can first love be forgotten?
I don't blame you for still loving her
One hope that keeps me going
It is the smile that you give me
I'm not sure what I'm doing
But I know you're my serendipity
One word is all I ask
For you to make me glad
I don't mind if it's meek
As long as you make me glad
One love that's all I need
To prove that life isn't cruel
Of my heart's plea I beg you heed
Never treat it gruel
One glance that's all I have to do
