"Sara I am completely stressed out for senior year" I whined. We were sitting on the stairs outside our houses. The sun was setting, it was almost 8pm. "Me too, college applications, exams, it's all way too much...I really doubt if I'll be able to handle it" Sara replied. Her caramel skin glistened in the stars that shone. Her brown eyes, sparkling in the lights. She took off the elastic around her wrist and put her brown straight hair up into a ponytail. Sarah was beautiful, even in the dark. I sighed loudly. "We need a break; a break from all of this. We need to go somewhere far away, a place where it could just be the two of us....and a bunch of hot guys" I laughed and she followed. "Why don't we go to Europe?" she replied. I let out a sarcastic laugh. "Yeah sure, as if our moms will let us. She won't even let me go to the store across the street by myself" I said meaning it. She laughed. "That's true, we'd seriously be blessed if we get to go" she replied sighing out loud. "If only we were...” I murmured. We got up off the stairs saying our goodbyes. If only we could say goodbye to our boring lives.
