Explanation Time!!!!! The Walk-A-Thon is this annual thing we do at my school where we walk for a mile to a park. Once we get to the park you can play with your friends until you want to leave. All done. Now let's get on with the story.
So we had the Walk-A-Thon on May 21, 2016. This year we couldn't have our water gun fight because we were going to be divided by grade into teams. My grade (6th Grade) was the charcoal grey team. Oddly the color was really pretty. They said a speech and the 7th and 8th graders sang their song and then we were off. We walked a mile. The whole time I was talking to Bailey and Kanako. We had played capture the flag against the 7th and 8th graders. They won because they got 1 point and we got 0 points. We then moved on to soccer and then the obstacle course. In the obstacle course we had to do tug a war against the 7th and 8th graders. Mr. P was helping because they out numbered us 16 to 11. They said it was cheating since he was strong. We argued against them saying how it was unfair to out number us 16 to 11. So they put 3 7th graders on our side and they chose their weakest ones. We still won in the end! So ha!!! what are you going to do with that now 7th and 8th graders! Once we finished all the teams and coaches took a group picture. After that they told us we could finally eat. Once they told us that, it was all over for the line to get food. All of my friends including me started running down that hill like the apocalypse was starting. However Mia, Niki, and me had to wait in the line for an 1hr cause the office staff, coaches, 7th graders, and 8th graders skipped us in the line. Then it started raining so right when I got my food I had to leave.
