Hmmm.... how do I even know how to begin this? Seriously, I lost how to begin intros for these type of weird things. Ok, let's see....It all started at recess.
Bailey had this tiny bouncy ball that we call Phillip. Yes, we named the ball don't judge. So Bailey, Kanako, and Funo were in a circle bouncing it. I came out of nowhere and bounced it so hard it went really high up. Funo did the same but it bounced off the wall and went across the gym. Naturally, we ran after it. Our teacher Mr. Rooney saw this and told Bailey to give him the ball. We all thought we were in trouble and he was gonna take it away. Boy were we wrong. Instead, he threw it across the gym, had it bounce off the wall, and the ball went all across the gym. So I want you guys to imagine I say a good 12 people running after this tiny fastball. Mind you we are stacking up on top of each other, sliding on the floor, and crashing into each other. Chad actually got his shoe taken off at one point and thrown. I gave his shoe back but it was funny cause he was willing to continue the game with one shoe.
At one time the ball bounced into the basketball area and into the jump roping area. When it bounced into the basketball area a basketball was coming down about to hit the path where the ball bounced. So everyone slid before the ball hit the ground and the last person which was Matt hit the ball to his right, away from everyone. When it was in the jump roping area Michelle was turning the rope. There was a small crawlspace between her and rope. The ball had bounced through there so everyone crawled through there in order to get the ball while the rope was still turning. I swear we suck at a avoid the lasers game but we can do all of this as if we were on some sort of mission.
The next day the ball was being bounced again because we got 5 extra minutes of recess. Matt ended up getting kicked in the face by Chad by accident. He had to get ice at the nurse's office. When we got upstairs to the classroom Mr. Rooney started laughing about it saying we were worse than the boys who he was playing football with. We started laughing about it a bit too. When Matt came back from the nurse's office Mr. Rooney asked if we need to cut anything off. All I was thinking was how crazy and weird we are for practically hurting each other over a tiny fast bouncy ball and for Mr. Rooney asking if we need to cut anything off when he only got kicked in the face on accident.
The day after that we were playing it again. That day we kept yelling at Jhon for being so athletic and always catching the ball instead of giving us a chance. He said at least he gives us the ball to throw but we said we don't want to throw it we want to catch it. We also got in trouble because we got really out of hand and started pilling on top of each other just to get the ball.
If I had to imagine how we looked when we were trying to get the ball this would be it....
Well, that's all I have to say about those days. We really are hybrids of dogs/cats. Peace PinkLady Out!
