Chapter 14

Epilogue:

100 years to the date Aro still stood watching her as she was sleeping. But he didn't mind because at midnight it would be her birthday and she would be waking up. Even though midnight was only a minute away, to Aro it seemed like a long time.

He took that minute to think back on the last 100 years. He fought in a war, about a vampire dispute. He picked a rose for her everyday and placed it in her hands. He dealt with the normal businesses of his kingdom. He even learned how to play the piano. He got rid of all his old wife and kid stuff. He even had enough time to make a nursery for their future kids. He had done some research on wizards over the years. He found that they are strong enough to carry a vampire child or any ones child for that matter. He even spent a few years planning their wedding. It would be set when she wakes up this very minute.

Corrine already had her dressed in her dress and veil. He just couldn't wait to see her face when she woke up. He just stood there and saw how people peaceful she looked. And as he looked away and towards the clock he saw that the clock is now striking midnight ending her hundred year sleep. Right as the toll on the clock rung her eyes opened. He didn't move for fear he would startle her. She looked around and sat up to stretch.

She looked around again and her eyes landed on Aro who was wearing a grand white tuxedo. She smiled at him. He went over to her and hugged her very tightly. Oh how he missed her embrace. Together they finally felt whole.

She hugged back just as tightly, "Oh how I have missed you."

"I have missed you just as much." She replied giggling. "What have you been doing without me these passed hundred years?"

"I will tell you all I have done, but later. Right now we are going to be late."

She looked at him questioning, "Late for what?" She looked down and examined what she was wearing. Realization hit her.

He smirks as he gets down on one knee and asks the most simplest question, "Will you marry me?"

To where she gave the simply happiest reply, "Yes."

He got up and hugged her and kissed her cheek. They both then hurried out of the room and ran down the hall. At the end of the hall was her father waiting to walk her down the isle. Aro disappears and leaves them to alone for a minute.

They hug, "I have missed you daddy."

"Oh, I have missed you more." They unhug. "I must apologise for how I have treated you in the past. I was just trying to protect you."

"I know father. I forgive you. I should have listened and for that I am sorry."

They hug again and the music starts. They take that as their clue and get ready. The doors soon open to reveal a lot of people sitting in chairs. Aro up at the front with the preacher. All eyes were on Ana. Ana is then escorted down the isle by her father. The ceremony went very well. They both said "I do" and then sealed it with a kiss that was long over due.

Afterward, there was a ball that was thrown in the couple's honor. Everyone laughed, drank and was merry. They all danced and gave speeches. The couple had their first dance and all that goodness. Finally the bride and groom got some alone time out on a balcony.

"I have something to return to you." He reached into his pocket and pulled out her list she made a long time ago.

She beamed, "My list! You had it?"

He shook his head yes, "I think it's time we cross some things off."

She unfolded it and read through it allowed all the things she had done on that list, "...Fallen in love."

"So you have?" He asked beaming.

"Yes I have and its as perfect as they come."

"I love you." He told her.

"And I love you." She said as she kissed him.

She then looked back down at her list and frowned. Aro noticed, "What's wrong?"

"There was one that is not done."

He looked at her questioning, but remembered.

"Ah but my dear, that will all change tonight." Aro said grinning.

She smiled back and kissed him most passionately.

Nine months later their first child was born. Then through out time they had three more before they decided to stop for a while so they could enjoy eachother's company. Then after they did that, they went back to having children. Who all went off and married different fairytale creatures.
