I kissed Harry before leaving to go to the hospital.
I went through the McDonald's drive-thru and got Niall and myself each a cheeseburger and fries.
When I got into Niall's room he was sitting up playing on his phone.
"Hey I brought you some food." I tell him. He turned to look at me and smiled.
"Thanks baby." I walked over and sat in the chair next to him. I pulled out the cheeseburger and handed it to him. He unwrapped it and took a bite. I ate a few fries then set the bag on the table.
"Where did you go earlier? I woke up and you were gone." I looked at him as he waited for an answer.
"You fell asleep so I went back to Har...my house." I gave him a nervous smile.
"Oh okay well I'm glad you're here." He smiled at me then took another bite of his burger.
"Did you get me any fries?" I reached into the bag and pulled out his fries and handed it to him. He smiled and grabbed a handful stuffing them into his mouth.
"You seem to be getting better. You can actually sit up." I smiled at him.
"Yeah I'm not as weak. I'm starting to feel better." He finished his food then laid back into the bed resting his head on the pillow.
"Come lay down with me." He moved over to give me space next to him. I curled up next to him and buried my face in his chest. He wrapped his arms around me pulling me closer to him. We laid there until we drifted off to sleep.
My face was buried in Niall's chest when I woke up. I slowly opened my eyes and looked at Niall sleeping. I turned over on my side away from Niall and my eyes grew wide when I saw Harry sitting in the chair next to the bed. He smiled big at me.
"What are you doing here?" I barely said in a whisper.
"I told you I wanted to be here with Niall today." He reminds me. I frowned at him. It was morning so I wasn't in the best mood.
"What time is it?" I asked while sitting up.
"Almost 11." I sighed then slowly got out of the bed.
"Do you want me to take you back to my house?... Or your house?" I shook my head.
"No. My car is here. I can drive myself"
"Okay well can you stay here with me til he wakes up?" He looked at me. I nodded and pulled a chair over to sit next to him.
"How was sleeping in that hospital bed all night like?" He asked me. I shrugged my shoulders.
"I had barely any room and its not a very supportive bed. So not so great I guess." He looked at me then at Niall.
"When is he going to wake up? He's been asleep for too long." Harry slowly turned his head towards me with a smirk.
"We should get a bucket of cold water and pour it on him." He jokes. I snapped my head at him.
"Harry!" I swat his arm and he laughed.
"What?" He looked at me.
Niall started to shuffle in his bed then he squinted his eyes open.
"Lydia?" I got up and sat on the edge of the bed next to Niall.
"I'm right here." He smiled at me.
"Hey baby." He looked at Harry and gave him a friendly smile.
"Hey Harry" He says in his morning voice.
"Hey Niall. I thought I could come here and just catch up with you." Niall's eyes lit up from Harry's suggestion.
"Yea. Lydi are you staying?" I looked at Niall.
"No I'm going over to Ellie's house." He gave me a weak smile and nodded. I leaned down giving him a small kiss. I felt bad kissing him in front of Harry. I looked at Harry and he smiled at me. I returned the gesture and left the room leaving the two friends to talk.
