I drove back to my house after the incident at Niall's house with Harry. I can't believe he was acting like that. He stormed out of there and left me after telling me he doesn't want to look at me. Tears filled up in my eyes as I walked into my house. I slowly walked over to the couch, sitting down and put my face in my hands. My emotions got the best of me and the tears fell from my eyes. I sat there crying until I heard a knock at the door. I wiped the wetness from my eyes with the back of my hand then stood up walking towards the front door. I opened the door to find Niall standing in front of me. His hands were in his pockets as he looked up at me.
"Hey Lyd, can I come in?" He asked and I nodded my head. He walked in and sat on the couch. I walked over and sat next to him.
"Are you okay?" He asks me as he looks into my eyes. I shook my head and looked down. "I'm so sorry Lyd. I know how much you care about him." I looked back up to look at his blue eyes.
"You hate Harry and the fact that we're together. Why are you here being so nice to me?" I look at him for an answer.
"Because I still care about you. Well actually I love you but it's kinda hopeless to expect you to love me back by now. I didn't expect the dinner to go the way it did last night. I really wanted to have a nice dinner with you and Harry but it made me so mad to see you with him and I ended up saying things that shouldn't have been said then Harry pounced on me." Niall tells me and my heart warms from his words. He really is a good guy and I believe him that it wasn't his intention to have the dinner end in a disaster. I miss Niall but I know it kills him to be around me and know that I'm not longer his girlfriend.
"Maybe we can try that dinner again or just hangout without Harry this time." I say with a laugh. Niall smiles at me but I can see the sadness behind his eyes.
"I would love that. I really miss you." He looks at me then wraps his arms around my neck pulling me into a hug. I can feel his heart beating against my chest.
"I miss you too." I say back and rest my head on his shoulder as he held me.
Niall's phone vibrated and he opened the text reading it. "Kayley's at my house and can't get in. Do you want to come with me?" Niall asks.
"Yeah sure." I answer and grab my phone and leave with Niall.
When we get to his house Kayley is sitting on the porch. "What took you so long?" She looks at Niall then towards me.
"Lydia, hey I haven't seen you in a while." She says.
"Yeah.." I'm not sure what to say to her. Niall unlocks the door and we walk inside. Kayley quickly goes upstairs leaving me and Niall together.
"Do you want a drink?" Niall asks me as he walks into the kitchen.
"Sure." He walks out of the kitchen with two cokes and hands me one.
"Do you want to go do something?" He looks at me for an answer as he sits down on the couch.
"No it's too cold outside and i don't feel like going anywhere." I walk over and sit next to him on the couch. "I'd rather just watch movies." I tell him and he nods.
"Okay well you can pick out a movie." He says and points to the cabinet that holds his movies. I walk over and look through the movies.
"I'm in the mood for a scary movie. What about you?" I turn around to look at Niall and he smiles at me.
"Sure. I have a few scary movies." He gets up from the couch and looks through the movies with me, pulling out the scary movies that he owns. He pulls out Insidious, House at the end of the street, The possession, The shining, and Paranormal activity. "Okay which one?" He asks me and looks at me for an answer. I look over the movies and hold up Insidious.
"This one." I say and he grabs the movie from my hand and puts in the DVD player. We sit back down on the couch. He grabs the remote pushing play and I move closer to him as the movie starts. Before I could stop myself I snuggled up against him with my head on his shoulder. He looked down at me and smiled then wrapped his arm around my shoulders pulling me into him. His grip tightened when I would jump or scream during the movie.
Harry's POV.
I haven't seen Lydia in three days. I know I overreacted with all of this but I couldn't stand the fact that she was at his house. Why would she go to apologize for me? I don't need anyone apologizing for me. Niall doesn't deserve to have me tell him I'm sorry for beating him up. I want to see Lydia so badly but I know I broke her heart when I told her I didn't want to look at her. I should just go see her but what if she's with Niall? I don't even care if she's with him I need to see her no matter what.

I walk up to the front door of Niall's house and my stomach instantly fills with butterflies. After knocking on the door a few times the door opened. Lydia appears in front of me and her eyes go wide.
"Harry, uhm...come in." She says and I walk past her into the house. When Lydia closes the door Niall comes down the stairs.
"Oh hey Harry." Niall says as he walks towards me.
"Hey I need to talk to Lydia." I turn to Lydia and look at her. She looks at me then at Niall.
"Okay I'll just go back upstairs and leave you two alone." Niall turns around and walks away to go back upstairs. Lydia looks at me but doesn't say anything.
"I'm sorry." I blurt.
"Okay..." Lydia breaks eye contact with me.
"I shouldn't have left you. I was being a jerk and I overreacted." I tell her but she stays silent. "Lydia talk to me. Say something." She looks at me with a look of disgust.
"Okay Harry what do you want me to say? That I miss you and I want to come home with you and that I love you and all this other shit. Is that what you want?" I look at her.
"No I just want you to know that I'm sorry and if you could at least please forgive me." I say.
"You told me you don't want to look at me. You left me here with Niall. You humiliated me Harry." She crosses her arms across her chest.
"I know Lyd please..." She cuts me off before I can finish. "
Just give me some time to think about it. I'm gonna stay the night here again and I'll see what I want to do tomorrow." She says calmly and I nod my head.
"Okay." I turn around and leave.
Lydia's POV.
Harry came over yesterday and it caught me off guard. I had no idea what to say to him. He told me to go home with him but I couldn't. I don't want to just go back with him without thinking. This is the first time we've ever fought and I saw his other side and I need to let it sink in. I told Harry I was going to think about going back with him and make my decision today but I still haven't made up my mind. I need to talk to him and see what's even going on between us. We're not even together yet we confessed our love for each other. I think the best thing to do is to just go home and leave Niall's house. He keeps asking me what happened with Harry but I really don't want to talk about it with him.
"Niall?" I slowly open the door to Niall's bedroom. His head lifts up from his focus on the computer screen towards me. He is sitting on his bed with his legs are crossed wearing his black rimmed glasses.
"Yeah?" He looks at me and takes his glasses off setting them next to his laptop.
"I'm going to go home. Thank you for letting me stay here." I say to him and he stands up from the bed.
"No problem. You can stay here whenever you would like." He gives me a gentle hug and I smile at him.
"I'm gonna go now. Bye, thanks again." I tell him as I walk out of the bedroom door.
"Hey Lyd!" Niall calls to me. I turn around to look at him as he stands outside of his bedroom door.
"Yeah?" I ask.
"Just know that I'll always be here if you need me but I'm not going to get in the way of you and him. You deserve to be happy so do whatever you possibly can to be happy." His words make my heart warm and I give him a friendly smile then turn back around to leave.
