When Worlds Come Together

"I think that's the last of them, Wise Girl."

I wipe my hand across my forehead, brushing off the sweat from moving box after box all day long. It wasn't just me and Percy all day the seven plus Nico, Will, Reyna and Thalia had come to help us move into our new house.

It has three floors, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a walk in closet in the master bedroom, which is mine and Percy's room. It's really big but I designed it that way for when all our friends come over and for our kids one day.

Just then I spot one box all alone by itself in the corner and I walk towards.

"I think we forget one," I murmur to Percy.

I rip it open and look inside. There's picture after picture piled up high and in books, thousands. I pick the first one I see and pull it close.

It's of me and Percy at camp. His arm is swung messily around my shoulders and my arms are wrapped around him. We're both smiling goofily at each other. I look at the background and see the lake from camp. I smile and remember the moment.

"Please Annabeth," Percy whines as he tugs on my arm.

"No," I whine back. "And don't you dare put those baby seal eyes at me!" I warn him laughing.

He does exactly what I said not to do.

"Alright, Seaweed Brain, I'll go to the lake with you."

"Yes," he yells while fist punching the air.

I quickly put on a swimsuit. It's all black and a two piece but it covers everything, Piper wouldn't let me get a one piece when we went shopping. I decide to leave my hair down and it's all wavy.

I grab a towel and head towards the beach. When I get there I see no sign of him, I shrug and lay the towel down so I can lay on it. As I go to sit down I feel strong arms wrap around me and lift me up.

"Seaweed Brain!" I yell in his ear. He's running towards the water and I start to pound on his back lightly. (Not lightly)

"If you drop me I'm not going to kiss you for the rest of the week!" I threaten him. He doesn't listen and keeps running and then stops.

"I said, if you drop me I won't kiss you for the rest of the week." I whisper trying to convince him not to drop me into the water below.

He just smirks and let's go.

After I swim backup I see he's running away. Good idea, I think.

"You just wait Jackson!" And I run after him.

"Do you remember this?" I ask smiling at him.

"Wasn't that the time where I dropped you in the water and you almost killed me?" He asks laughing.

I laugh with him and kiss his cheek. He picks up another one.

This one is at the Jackson's house during Christmas. Me and Percy are making blue cookies and it's not turning out very well. Percy's whole face is covered in blue food dye and flour is stuck on our hair and clothes. Burnt blue cookies lay on the table randomly. But we're both still smiling and laughing at each other.

"Percy we need to do something! It's Christmas and we're sitting here being bums." I say to the Seaweed Brain laying on the couch watching Finding Nemo.

"Okay fine," he says getting up. "Why don't we go make some cookies." He says perking up, and a smile lighting up his face. I laugh and nod my head yes.

I think most of the pictures were of me and Percy because the next one was of us again but at the Jackson's house again. It was the day Grace, Percy's sister, came home from the hospital. She had just been born the night before and we had come all the way from Camp Jupiter to meet her.

When we got to the door we walk in and there she is. Smaller than my head, with a cute button nose and rosy cheeks. Blue eyes and small brown strands of hair peeking out from the top of her head.

"Percy, Annabeth, meet Grace Annabeth Jackson." Sally tells us.

I cover my mouth with my hand while tears spill out of my eyes. I looks up at Sally.

"You named her after me?" I whisper. She nods her head.

"I want to her to be just like you, smart, strong, beautiful and so brave." She tells me.

I look up at Percy and see that he's staring proudly at me.

"It's true Wise Girl,"

"When we first met Grace," I say happily remembering it.

"We have had some good times haven't we Wise Girl." He says looking at the picture still.

And that's how we didn't finish moving all of our stuff because we were looking at pictures.
