"Set him down here," Ethan says.
I helped setting Caleb down gently on the floor.
"Mia did you bring it?" Ethan asks.
"Yep," Mia says opening her backpack.
Mia handed Ethan a Syringe filled with some sort of green liquid.
"What's that?" I asked.
"It's a liquid," Mia says.
"Well no duh. What's inside," I ask.
"It's a liquid to cure his leg. He'll feel better," Ethan says.
I watch as Ethan puts the needle into Caleb's leg.
"AHHH!" Caleb yells.
"Shhhh. It's fine," Ethan says.
I remembered that same exact liquid from the first Games...
"Why do they have it?" I whispered.
"What?" Janessa asks.
I grab Janessa by the arm, and take her a bit farther away from them.
"Remember that liquid?" I asked Janessa.
"What liquid?" Janessa asks.
"The liquid that Ethan is putting in, to cure Caleb," I said.
"No," Janessa says.
"That was the same liquid they put in us, before we even started the Games..." I said.
"Oh yeah," Janessa says.
"Why do they have it???" I asked.
" I don't know," She replied.
"If you're wondering why we have it, it's because the Creators sent it to us," Mia says.
"Creators?" Jade asks.
"Yeah. We get it delivered to us every month," Kyleah says.
"They had that in the first games..." I said.
"What's it really for?" Caleb asks.
"WHAT'S IT FOR?!!" Jade yells.
"It's to cure... It's also to keep you alive longer," Ethan says.
"And to restore your memory," Mia says.
"What should we remember?" I added.
"It'll come back to you," Mia says.
"NO!!! I'm sick and tired of that bullshit!!!" I yelled.
"Alan???" Caleb asked.
"Yes?" I replied.
"Where are you?" Caleb asked.
"Caleb, we're right here," Janessa says.
Ethan walks back to Caleb.
{Ethan's Point of View}
I went to look at Caleb's back. I knew it...
"A Robot pricked him," Ethan says.
"No way," Kyleah says.
"What do you mean?" Jade asks.
"The Robots... They're here somewhere," Ethan says.
{Caleb's Point of View}
I can see 16 things... I can see 8 of my friends. And 8 of Robots...
I see a Robot coming towards me. I kick it in the stomach.
"Nick!!!" Mia yells.
"What the fuck is your problem?!!" Mia asks.
"I saw a Robot coming to attack me," I say.
"Caleb. You've been pricked by a Robot... Remember the side effects?!! You will see your friends as robots. And you'll see the robots as your friends," Alan says.
{Alan's Point of View}
"Pick him up," Ethan says.
I rush to Caleb to offer to pick him up.
"Caleb. Where do you see us? Point to it," I say.
Caleb points right beside Ethan. Then, we see that the Robots were invisible. They were now, showing themselves. They were all a grey, hunched creature. With blue eyes.
"TAKE CALEB AWAY!!!" Ethan yells.
We all grabbed Caleb and ran through the Fortress, while Ethan stayed behind. He was fighting against the Robots.
As we were running straight through T the Fortress, the floor and walls began to become a dark reddish brown color. The odd thing was, it wasn't blood.
"We're getting closer to the exit," Nick says.
We heard footsteps running close by. It was Ethan.
"Are you okay?" Janessa asked.
"Yeah. I fought my way through?" Ethan replies.
"Are they still after us?" I asked.
"No they're all gone," Ethan says. Ethan then beings to inhale. "Hey, we're almost there."
