the two friends had stopped their trip around the aquarium to rest and sit at a bench outside. taehyung left to get ice cream, and as soon as her butt had touched that bench, sungeun had taken out her phone to text jungkook again. taehyung had arrived at their resting place with a frown upon seeing his best friend preoccupied with her phone for about the tenth time today.
"you're on your phone again huh?" he stated blatantly as he handed her the cone with chocolate ice cream. sungeun nodded a quick thanks and proceeded to shove the ice cream in her mouth. her hair was almost blown into the treat, by the spring breeze.
"are you texting jungkook again?" he said peeking over sungeun's shoulder, making her turn her screen away from him. "you're seriously not hiding from me. what's there to hide when i know basically everything about you."
sungeun just shrugged continued to tap away on her phone. "i'm hurt." taehyung mocked pain. "i take you out to the aquarium and even buy you some bomb ice cream and this is how you treat me?"
sungeun returned with a laugh and waved off taehyung, knowing he was joking. "you know you're my best friend, tae."
"and what's jungkook to you?" he asked, draping his arm over her shoulder and pulling her closer to him.
"also my best friend. yo, there's no need to be jealous or upset. i love the both of you a lot. plus i probably won't ever see jungkook except through facetimes so. . "
"hey, long distance relationships work out that way." taehyung says, looking down at her.
"what are you implying?" sungeun looked up at taehyung and grinned at him.
"nothing, i don't know. i'm not the biggest fan of long distance anyways. don't do it."
