Cas frowned as he flipped through the pages of the book. "Dean, what does 'cuddle' mean?"

Dean raised his eyebrows, glancing over at Cas. "It's uh...it's where two people sit and hug each other, I guess."

"I don't understand."

"It's hard to explain."

"Oh. Then can you teach me?"

Dean's face immediately flushed pink. He coughed. "I uh...yeah, I guess. Here, come over onto the couch, let me just, I don't know, I'll put a movie on."

Setting the book down, Cas walked over to Dean and sat down. Dean sat next to him. Their legs touched. Dean's face got even redder. Clearing his throat, he started the movie and eased himself back, leaning his head on Cas's shoulder. A moment passed before Cas rested his head on top of Dean's.

The opening credits began to roll. "Is this 'cuddling'?" Cas whispered.

"Not really."

"Oh. Is it the lack of physical contact?"

Dean was as red as a cherry. "...K-kind of. Sure."

In response, Cas wrapped his arms around Dean, hugged him close, and buried his face in the crook of Dean's neck. Dean could feel the soft, feathery brush of Cas's invisible wings enveloping them. Cas let out a contented sigh. "Is that better?"

Dean was tense, but after a second, he relaxed. He glanced down at the angel with a soft smile. "Yes," he said. "Yes. It is."
