*phil's pov*
We walk out of our house together, I was holding Dan's hand while I was pushing the buggy, it was so nice and the park was only a 5 minute walk from our house. We get there and jake starts clapping his hands and saying dada and papa over and over. Me and Dan laugh and take him to the swings this is the first time he had been to a park and he looks so happy.
-----------------------------------------*fast forward an hour*
(Still Phils PoV)
We have been here and hour now and it was around dinner time, I could see jake rubbing his tummy ,
"Awe is my little man hungry" I ask him and he calls out my name so I put him back in his buggy.
"Hey love fancy mc Donald's again jakes starting to get hungry" I ask him
"Yeah why not" he say with a happy voice, we walk to mc Donald's which was only a 10 minute walk, once we get there I get what we normally have and go find a sit outside as it was a nice day. Outside McDonald there was some type of park but it didn't have any playground stuff just grass and benches and ponds , we walk over and find a bit of grass to sit on, once we do I sit jake on the grass and give him his chicken nugget happy meal, God this kid loves chicken nuggets, once he is happily eatting away me and Dan sit down to eat ours,
"Hey Dan?" I ask
"Hey babe" he replies
"What are we going to do for jakes birthday, if I remember correctly it's a month today?" I ask him
"Hmm I not sure I've never really planed a kids birthday party, we can ask our parents for help" he says
"Yeah that's a good idea" I reply and we go back to eating our food.
*dans pov*
I can't wait for jakes birthday but I don't want it to come, cause I haven't told Phil yet but I had a phone call last night and I'm due back on duties on the 19th or March and that's jakes birthday, I have to leave at 15:00pm on the day and I don't know how to tell Phil, I tried asking for longer or to go the day after but no they are short on soldiers and want be as soon as possible
God I can't do this anymore
I'll go back but then I might drop out, I mean I have a family to look after now right?
