My Brave Soldier

Chapter six

*Phils Pov*

i woke up with a really bad pain in my neck,i must have slept funny, the sofa wasnt the best thing to sleep on,i woke up to jake crying, i look down and see dan still asleep on me. i move dan slow off me and got up,he moved a bit but went back to sleep i walk over to jakes room and pick him up.

"awe my little man, are we ready for some breakfast?" i ask him as soon as i mentioned food he stopped crying which means he was hungry.i walk to the kitchen and put him in his high chair.

"does my little man want some pancakes for breakfast" i said to him he slapped his hands and giggled. god he was so cute,i give him his cuddlely lion to play with while i made the pancakes, after 10 minutes of cooking i just layed out the last pancake on dans plate when a sleepy dan walked in to the kitchen.

"morning love, i made you breakfast"i said kissing his head.

"Papa,Dada" me and dan turn our heads at jake.he was smiling at us

"what did you say jake" i asked 

"Papa" he said to me 

"and whos this jake" i said pointing to dan

"Dada" he said me and dan were gob smacked,our little man said his first words i was smiling so much.

(do you get it coz phil starts with a P so hes Papa and dan starts with a D so hes Dada, haha im sorry)

i walk over to jake and hand him his pancakes,

"Papa Papa" he said clapping his hands, it was so cute i felted like crying.Once we had finished dan grabbed the plate to wash up,as dan grabbed jakes plate he said 

"Dada Dada" and balled his hand in to fist as to say pick me up.

"once second jake Dads cleaning up" dan said Jake looked at phil and said 

"Papa Papa" and done the same thing as he done with dan.

"okay little man lets go get you dressed". i took jake to his bedroom to get him dressed for the day. dan walked in not to long after me and jakes eyes lit up.

"dada dada" he shouted at dan.

"i was thinking why dont we take him to the park today and then we could get some ice cream later as its a nice day" i said to dan and he nodded. once jake was dressed i put him in his play pen while me and dan got dressed. five minutes later our bedroom door opens and i look at dan with a funny look and before we new it jake was standing in the door way and we just laughted.

"we got our selves a little trouble maker on our hands dont we" dan said as he pick jake up. i thought to myself he is really growing up to fast as he said his first word today and now he was walking. i was so surprise.

i thought today was going to be a good day and with that we put jake in his buggy and set off for an amazing day with my amazing family.
