"Okay, look, it still hurts so you're going the have to help me up, guys." I said playfully. "Here, I got your crutches." Nick said. "Hey, I'm going to go cool down the car. Nick, uhh, keep Makenzie company.. " Brooke said. After she left I took the crunches from Nick but when I did his hand touched mine. "Oh, uh, sorry. " Nick said. He kind of blushed a little. "Oh um, it's okay." I said. After that I attempted to get my clothes to change. It was hard to walk in crunches. Nick handed me my clothes. "Thanks. " I said. "Your welcome. " Nick replied back. I went to the bathroom to change. After struggling and struggling, I finally headed to the car with Nick. Nick grabbed my bag and we headed to the car.
"Nick? What floor are we on?" I asked. I mean, come on. "The 4th. "Nick said. "Dang it!" I shouted. "What you hate elevators? " Nick asked being curious. "yeah. " I replied frustrated. "Awwwww, I'll protect you." Nick said in his puppy voice. I gave him a look and smiled. "I WANNA PUSH THE BUTTON! " Nick yelled. "NO, I WANNA PUSH THE BUTTON!" I yelled back. "It's hard to walk in crutches." I said. "I beat you. " He said and he stuck his tongue out. I stuck mine out back at him.
He pressed the button and the door opened. It was full. We walked in. When we did we realized it was smaller than it looked. We were getting pushed everywhere, and that's hard when you're on crunches. Nick was behind me just in case I fell. I almost fell back but he caught me and I had him up against a elevator wall. The door closed. Once I realized what position I had him in I moved right next to him. "Sorry. " I said. Nick laughed. "It's fine. " Nick replied. It was and awkward silence between us until the elevator door opened again.
When we got to the car he opened up the door for me. "Why thank you Mr. Jonas." I said in my fake British accent. "Your welcome." He said back. Brooke turned on the radio and his song 'Jealous' was on so we went home and sang our hearts out.
