Marathon 1/5
A few months have passed since the tornado, and the guy who broke in. Nick and I were getting serious. The tour was in about 5 months. Nick and I were spending as much time together as we can. Brooke hasn't called or texted me. Demi basically took her spot. We invited Demi, Joe, and Kevin over. Nick decided to tell them about the Joe and Kevin about the tour. I felt something on my lips. It was Nick, waking me up. I smiled in the kiss and slowly opened my eyes. He got on top of me. "God... " He whispered softly. He kissed my neck and I moaned as he hit the right spot. "I think I like this morning routine. " I said smiling. He got off of me and ran into the kitchen. "I need fuel. " He said laughing. "What would you like to eat princess? " He asked. " I don't know.. What do you want to eat?" I asked him. " What about muffins? " He asked. "They should be in the pantry, I bought some the other day. " I walked to the pantry, when I saw a black poodle sitting there with Kevin Holding the leash. "Surprise! " Nick and Kevin yelled.
"Oh my god.." I said smiling. I took it from Kevin's hands and held it. Joe and Demi walked in with food, and the dogs cage. Kevin's wife, Danielle also walked in. My mouth dropped. Everything was happening so fast. I put my hand out to shake her hand when she pulled me in for a big hug. "Nice to meet you. Kevin talks to me about how much Nick loves you. I've heard so much. " She said smiling. She was 9 months pregnant. It was November . Nick and i's anniversary was coming up December 22nd. I sat down on the floor playing with Batman... That's what I decided to name him. I hugged Nick. "Thank you.. " I whispered in his ear. He smiled and gave me a small kiss. Demi, Joe, Kevin, Dani, Nick and I all sat down at the table. We started to eat when Nick put his hand on my inner thigh.. Again. He loved to do that at the table. I took a deep breath. " So Dani? When is your due date? " I asked her, smiling.
"In a week... But I feel like I could pop any moment." She said laughing. Nick put his hand up my....shorts? He gave me chills. Joe kicked him from under the table. Everyone stared at them. We all stared awkwardly for a minute and then continued to eat. We put our plates in the sink and I decided to do them. Demi and Nick were starting to tell them about the tour. "So.. Demi and I are going on tour.." I heard Nick say. I looked to my right to see Joe playing with Batman.. And Dani getting banana pudding from my fridge. One thing you don't do.. Is mess with a pregnant woman. I heard something like water spill. "Shit! " Kevin yelled. "My water just broke... " Dani said. The pudding Dani had, Well.. Batman was eating it. Kevin and Joe carried Dani to the car. I got in the backseat with Demi. Nick and Joe were driving to meet us at the hospital.
So it was Dani, Kevin, Demi and I. " Ow Ow Ow!" Dani yelled. We were at the hospital entrance when Dani started to push and Nurses and doctors came running out. They told her to wait to push until they got her on a table. We couldn't go into the room. The nurses told us to wait in the waiting room. Kevin was a nervous wreck. About 45 minutes later, We were all let into the room. Dani was breastfeeding the baby. Kevin was in tears. He kneeled beside Dani's bed. Pretty soon it was my turn to hold Alena, that was her name. Nick sat next to me. He smiled. I looked down at Alena. She opened her eyes and smiled at me, and then Nick. "Do you want one? " Nick asked me pointing at Alena. "Nick?" I said surprised. "Be honest." Nick said. "Maybe. " I said softly. I handed Alena to Joe. I walked back over to Nick, and kissed him. I bit his lip. Everyone stared. "Well we have to go. Kevin congrats bro. I will call you tomorrow." Nick said.
He hugged them. We got in the car. "I'm an uncle! " Nick said softly. I smiled at him. We walked in the door. "Batman! Hi! " I said. I went to the backdoor. "Come!" I said. "No, I'm supposed to say that." Nick said smiling. "Ugh Nick! " I said laughing. Batman came running to the backdoor and I let him out. It was 4:00pm. I sat down on the couch. I leaned my head on his shoulder.
