Jacky Dawson's POV

"Tell us something about you, sir." The interviewer requested holding a Dictaphone.

"The name is Jacky Dawson. I am a twenty six year-old successful business man who has three international office branches; one in America, another in England & the other one, in India. Of course, it's my father's business that I got very easily with that much power & property. But I have worked hard for it." I said.

"How was the journey so far, sir?" The interviewer got curious.

"Uh...when my father died, I was just twenty two, who knew nothing about business but thanks to his loyal employees; they taught me everything & with patience &proper practice, I learnt to make my own standards in this business. Now everyone knows me for my powerful decision making and I made this business more successful than ever." I replied proudly.

"D.Dawson has two more branches, in England & also in India. What about them?"

"Well, I have visited the office in London & it is running quite well but I have not visited the Indian office yet. I was really reluctant to go there till now; since I was born & brought up here in California." I nodded.

"How was your childhood, sir?"

"Hmm... my childhood?" I paused. After a deep sigh I continued. "My mom divorced my father because she fell in love with someone else while my father was always busy at work. I was twelve back then. She wanted me to go with her but, the court gave custody to my father as he was a successful business man, he had enough money to raise me easily and my stepfather was just a local supermarket owner. So, my mom accepted the truth & let me be with her ex-husband; she loves me unconditionally though. She visits me every year; last time we met during Christmas & I told her that this year I might not be here as I am going to India. She blessed me with love & success. So, everything is cool, we are good now!" I nodded rapidly.

"You said, you were reluctant to go to India, why is that, sir? Any particular reason?" He asked.

"About India, well...I have heard a lot about India & Indians, quite fascinating huh, but scary too. I have heard that, people there speak more than hundred languages, I mean, seriously?? How??" I laughed in disbelief. "And also, they eat spicy food. I don't really enjoy an upset stomach, man. I am happy with my non-spicy American food." I smiled brightly.

"Yeah, that is scary!! Then, how are you gonna handle your business there, sir?" He asked laughing along with me.

"I don't know how will manage there. If I go, I will have to stay there for at-least one year and till now, I was avoiding it. But...as they say, you can't run away from your destiny. Recently, I heard that there is some problem in a particular department and they are not able to solve it. So finally, I decided to go there." I replied with a hopeful smile.

"So when are you leaving, sir?"

"Tonight! Tonight is my flight & I am visiting my main Dawson office for the last time before heading to the airport. So, this is my last day here in California." I informed him.

My driver stopped the car just in-front of D.Dawson Building.

"One last question, sir." He requested.

"Yes, please, go ahead." I allowed.

"The name D.Dawson, is it your late father's name?"

"Yeah, you are right. The D represents David; it is my late father's name." I pursed my lips holding my emotion.

"Well, all the very best, sir; we are excited to see you conquering your business in other countries too. Thank you for this interview. This will be on our next issue. And, thanks for your valuable time, it was really nice talking to you, I am thrilled to meet you personally. Happy journey, sir." He said shaking hands with me. I nodded with a smile.
