Pheobe's POV

It was time. My heart was beating so fast that I could almost swear that it was going to pop right out of my chest. I was meeting an Alpha. Not only that, Headmistress Pixia will be looking for us soon. I have just become a werewolf mixed with a witch. I have found my brother. My friends are all werewolves. Luna has a mate. What the Hell was coming up next? I'll get tackled?

I slightly chuckled as I followed my brother, Kory and Chase to the Alpha's desk. Only Chase heard my laughing.

"What's wrong?" He asked. "What's so funny?"

"Oh, nothing. It's just that everything is happening too quickly. I just found my brother and all. This is going insanely quick." I answered. Chase smiled.

"I know the feeling. We met Leo a while back and he was looking for you but we told him to give up after a while. But here you are, he must be ecstatic to see you but he still is a Beta. Give the pack a bit and soon, you'll feel right at home."

"I'm not even talking about that. I mean everything is going a little too quickly for my liking and Headmistress will soon find us." I said quickly.

"She can't find us exactly. Plus, you can't control everything that goes on in your life, let alone the timing of it all." Chase said before he got interrupted.

"We're here." Leo announced as he opened the door.

Behind the door revealed a person behind a desk. He seemed normal. Caramel looking hair, topaz eyes with a golden shimmer, his skin seemed a bit darker than mine and his clothing seemed very dark compared to his office. Black shelves, dark oak desk, white chair, two white leather chairs, black curtains and few other things that I could mention but it isn't necessary. His desk was cluttered with papers and pens. He was busy on a stack of papers already. Clearly he hasn't slept in a while, I could tell by the coffee on his desk and his dark circles.

"Do we have to? He seems busy." I whispered as I began to turn to run away. But, a voice stopped my movement.

"No. You can't. You're my little sister and I need to make a good impression that you can stay here." Leo said as Chase and Kory pushed me into the office.

"Come on, it'll be fun." Kory whispered.

Soon enough, I found myself sitting on one of the white sofas with the two boys behind me. It was silent and it was making me nervous will waiting to talk. I could hear his clock on the wall. Tic toc. Tic toc. It was beginning to drive me insane as time passed.

"Alpha." Chase spoke aloud.

"Oh yes. Hello." He scrambled as he looked up. I didn't look into his eyes. I didn't want to either. "You must be Leo's sister. I'm Alpha Aymric of the Violet Pack. You are?"

I could sense that he had his hand out and I must have been frustrating him as I didn't answer or even move. Then, Kory nudged me.

"She's just shy, Alpha." He excused.

"It's quite alright. But, could one of you boys explain to me why I can't smell her scent?" The Alpha continued.

"She just became a wolf today." Chase answered.

"Alright. What's your name, dear?" Alpha Aymric attempted again.

"Pheobe Dareskestia." I said as I looked up into his eyes. Shit, I'm getting the feels. "Can I leave now?"

"No." Alpha Aymric shouted as he stood up. I thought he was a calm person, clearly not. He now seems like the Devil. A good looking Devil. But, Devil all the same.

"Why not? I have school that I need to attend and I've only met the werewolf world today." I practically shouted back. Chase and Kory watched the scene with horror. Never must you shout at an Alpha. But, I'm not one to listen to the rules at the moment and anyways, why not be eye to eye with the Devil?

"Pheobe, just agree." Chase whispered to me.

"Why should I? He doesn't own me. I'm not someone special. I may be at the school, but here, I'm just a newly-shifted." I reply.

"You can't speak to your Alpha that way!" Kory said in a scandalous tone.

"I don't have an Alpha yet because I didn't even know about all of this magical stuff a year ago." I blurted out.

"Sit down." Alpha Aymric ordered. Chase pushed me down on the chair. My anger began to flare up in a deep, burning sensation.

Once again, time passed as the clock did its noise and my mind began to sink down into insanity.

"Pheobe, right?" Alpha asked and I nodded. "Listen, you can't leave."

"Why the Hell not?" I asked in the same tone of softness.

"Because when an Alpha meets his Luna, she can't leave." He explained. My jaw dropped.

"One, that explains the weird feeling when I looked into your eyes. Two, I'll do whatever I want. It's the twenty-first century, Alpha. Now days, females can be on their own and they don't need a man by their side." I replied as I shot up from my chair once again.

"Chase. Kory. You may leave. I will deal with Miss Dareskestia." Alpha Aymric ordered and they followed his every word. Soon, I was left alone with him. Just a pissed off Alpha and a newly-shifted. Great.

He pointed towards the chair and I sat down. Of course, we were alone, so he might try to kill me. I will listen for now.

"Why won't you stay?" He asked as he watched my every move. I felt slightly uncomfortable.

"Like I said, I haven't even known any of this for a long time. It's too much for a girl who thought she was human for the majority of her life. Her parents died in a fire. She was raised by humans. Discovered her brother was thrown out to be with the wolves. Goes to find him and now is one herself. And somehow became the Alpha's Luna. Yeah, I so expected that." I rant and yet, he listens. He wants something. "Why do you want to know?"

"You are my mate." Alpha Aymric simply answered.

"I'm too young. I'm only 15." I shot back.

"Actually, you are almost 16 according to your brother. I'm only 18. Everyone is about 16 years in age in your class. Correct?" Alpha Aymric asked.

"Well, yeah. Luna, Chase and Kory are all 16 ish. I don't even remember them telling me their age. No one has told me their age in fact." I said as I got back into my memory. I would say my own age is a blur but I know deep down it isn't.

"See?" Alpha Aymric said as he looked me in the eyes. "You are almost old enough. It's just not written in your papers of everyone's age nor is the rule book. As for being a Luna, there are younger ones than you that have children by now."

"Now, that is insane." I chuckled. I could see him smile from the corner of my eye. Maybe I could give him a shot. Or just go back to Dust Academy. Whatever one comes first.
