This is something I wrote a while back, but thought I would add onto here anyway. I hope you enjoy it! Any constructive feedback is welcome :)
Lead in my heart,
Poison in my mind,
Like an aimed dart,
All it does is bind.
Then one day,
I agreed.
No demon may,
Make me bleed.
Now I try,
To not care,
To not cry,
To not compare.
Sometimes,
I succeed.
Ignore the crimes,
Even plant a seed.
But we are captive,
To this endless loop,
This world is deceptive,
And I can't find my group.
