Robert led Angela up to the school. He searched around the area to make sure no one suspicious was watching them. He knelt down placing a kiss on Angela's forhead. "Alright sweety, you have fun at school today. Daddy will be here to pick you up. Remember don't leave from behind this gate and don't talk to strangers." said Robert. "Yes, daddy. I promise." replied Angela giving Robert a kiss on the cheek. "I love you baby." "I love you too." The teacher lead her inside and Robert headed back to his car. No sign of Gary today. If he showed up again, Robert was going after him.
Morgan felt distressed during work. Courtney walks in to her office taking a seat on the couch. "Everything okay, Morgan?" she asked. "I'm fine. I just have a lot on my mind." answered Morgan. "Like what?" "Gary." "Isn't he dead?" "That's what I thought." "What does he want?" "I don't know. Yesterday I got the scare of a lifetime. He got near my daughter." "Are you serious? What did he do?" "He talked to her about me. Asking how I was." "You don't think he's coming after you again?" "That's the thing I need to know what he wants." Morgan's phone began to ring and she answered it. "Hello?" "Hi Mrs. Downey, I'm sorry to bother you but, something terrible just happened. A fire broke out here in the school. We can't find your daughter." Morgan dropped the phone onto the desk. She stood up from her desk and ran out the door. Courtney's muffled yelling ceased to be heard as Morgan ran to her car. All she could think about was getting to that school and finding her daughter.
Morgan arrived to the school and jumped out of her car. She seen Robert near the fire fighters yelling at them. "Let me get by! I need to find my daughter!" shouted Robert. He turned around to see Morgan as she crashed into his arms. "They won't let me get in. I've been trying." All he could hear was her crying. She pulled away looking into his eyes. Her stare was filled with fear and anger. "I want my baby!" she screamed. "I promise we are going to find her." They waited nearly two hours to see if they could find any trace of Angela. The officer walks up to them holding her jacket in hand. "Mr. and Mrs. Downey, I'm so sorry." he said as he handed them the burned up jacket. Morgan held the jacket close to her as she began screaming. "NOO!" Robert tried to stay strong but, the tears kept falling. "SHE'S NOT DEAD! MY BABY IS STILL ALIVE!" "Calm down honey. I believe you." said Robert holding Morgan close. She then shoves him aside and runs to her car. "Morgan!" She speeds off down the street. She needed to be far away from everyone. Her heart was pounding against her chest. She didn't want to believe Angela was gone. Where could she be?
