Ugh, my head felt foggy. I feel as if I went through a car wash and now I'm having the after effects of the super pressured water. But I so will get Sollux after this little "incident" is over and done. Maybe I'll get him sooner. I snicker quietly at thought I have for revenge. Slowly my wheelchair is rolled out the hallway. They all are such good people here. I hoped to see Mom, but nope.

Yeah, my mom is a doctor and my dad is a famous author and poetry person. That's why we have nice stuff. Let's get away from family issues.

The doors swung open and I saw a bunch of worried faces. I asked,"Who are you people?" I had gone to acting school. They believed it. Sollux came over to me, and gripped my hand. "zoey? iit'2 2ollux! you can't have already forgotten u2?" Then panic crosses over his face. "diid you forget who we are?" I nod no, and say,"Who are you?" Tears brim the tips of their eyes, and I yell,"WHO'S GULLIBLE NOW!"

We had a gullible contest and I lost, just so you know why I said that.

Damara rushed over to me with a smile lightly her face. She really is friendly when she doesn't talk about... you know. I translate her words, and she had said,"Thank god your ok! We were going to sit here of boredom from Kankri's stories!" We both laugh, my voice cracks, but I don't pay attention. Then everyone looked at us. But the problem was...

There wasn't any more sound coming from my throat after that small laugh.

I panicked, and tried to stand, but pain coursed through my legs. I sighed in relief that they weren't broken. Then gasps came from everyone when they looked at me. Straight in the eyes. I shrug, mentally saying,'What?' Ashley brought over her small mirror. My eyes aren't their beautiful emerald color. Instead, their replaced with electric purple eyes, with some blue and red sparks inside. Mituna grins, and even Karkat smiles. Guess they like purple.

Especially one who honks. I laugh, knowing that there wasn't sound, but I was to happy to have friends that cared. The nurse looked around uncomfortably, but restarted again. "As I was saying, there are some changes. Your eyes seem to be a different color from the... electric shock," she doesn't understand it, but continues," but the electricity cut off her voice, so she will be a mute for about 3 months."

I stand wearily, and nod in her direction. She nods back, and runs away to help another patient. I feel a pang of pain strain through my brain, and hold my head, shaking it back and forth. They rush forward, but I stop them with a wave of my hand. Kevin doesn't listen, and he puts wraps his arms around me. "I'm sorry," he mumbled, and a couple of sobs came from him. The pain ebbed away, but a voice was replaced.

'Zoey, if you can hear me, then it's me, Kevin. The Libra girls taught me a few tricks of the mind, so now I have... telekineses? Whatever, but I'm so glad that your ok.' The voice vanishes, and Kevin looks at me and smiles. I... I can't believe it. I'm not completely unable to talk! I get really happy, and then the voice comes back.

'Don't let anyone know, they haven't found out yet. Plus... uh... I can read minds to,' Kevin said, and a blush crept onto my face. 'Kevin I swear to god if you so much as SKIM my thoughts I will crush you,' I jeer back. He's taken by surprise.

"UH, EARTH TO FUCK TARDS, FUCKING COME IN, COME IN." God Karkat, why you got to be a crab? I slump my shoulders, but shake off the sense of not being able to speak, and we start talking about how school is starting soon. I just sort of nod. I become really sleepy on the walk home. All of us part, and Sollux gives me a piggy-back ride the rest of the way.

Jade and Mituna had been talking about how exciting this new game is going to be. I don't really listen, because when they tuck me into bed, I'm out like a candle.

>John's Prospective<

Wow! What a day! I'm really glad that Zoey is ok though. It seems that everyone was glad, especially Sollux. But Kevin and Zoey seemed to be having some... talk. I'm not sure, but it felt like it.

"John! Come down here, Karkat is getting beaten by Kankri!" Oh snap. That's serious. I practically jump down the stairs and pounce onto the green couch. I love how it's so plush. I turn my attention to the screen. Guess they were playing something called Super Smash Brothers Brawl, Ashley had told me all about it. The characters jumping about on the screen were Mario and Charizard.

Of course they were the color red.

Charizard kept spitting flames at Mario. He wasn't moving out of the way fast enough. Then Mario flipped in the air and chopped Charizard's neck. The dragon laid down in defeat. "OH MY GOG, HOW THE HELL DID I LOSE? MY POKÈMON WERE FUCKING THE PERFECT THING TO KILL THAT SHITTY-ASS MARIO," Karkat said, steam blowing out of his ears. Kankri didn't look too eager to say something, so he stayed quite. I guess since the Zoey incident, everyone was a little shaken up.

I heard a slice of metal being scraped against something. "Oh God, oh God, oh God!" Ashley was freaking out. Us three turned to see what had happened. She had gone into the kitchen and her hands were holding some weird looking daggers, but more curved inwards.

"HEY, WATCH IT DUMBASS! THOSE ARE FUCKING MINE!" Karkat yelled, but was taken back when his popped into his hands. "What is happening..." Ashley quietly whispered, fear in her eyes. Kankri sat down, and rubbed his temples. "Why d9es everything have t9 b9 s9 c9mplecated," he said, and mumbled some other words that weren't loud enough to hear.

A phone rang in the kitchen, and Ashley put her things down before answering it. "Hello?" There was a pause. "Yeah, same thing happened here... Now? Ok... What about Zoey?... You'll call Jade? Alright see you in a few." Ashley put the phone down and sighed. "Another day, another mystery..."
