Reader's POV:
I swivel around to see Neji, his stare making me extremely nervous. "U-um nothing!" I said in a panicked tone. Lee stepped in between me and Neji. 'Thank you Lee!' I said to myself with relief. "We must leave now, we can't leave Guy Sensei waiting.." Lee said calmly. Neji scoffed, turning around. Lee turned to me and said, "We shouldn't bring up this card with Neji. Or any one else in that matter." Lee said cautiously. I nodded.
"Alright!! Time to get going!" Guy Sensei hollered, which made me sweat drop. 'Geez, when will he ever stop? I guess never.' I said subconsciously.
We are now miles away from the village, and I am about to die of heat exhaustion. "Guy Sensei, I'm so tired! Can we take another break?" I heard Tenten ask as she leans her body against a nearby tree. Neji glances over at Tenten. Guy Sensei looked at all of us, who were tired as heck, other than Lee. "Oh fine, we can take a couple of minutes to rest." said Guy Sensei. 'Yes!' I said to myself in excitement. Me, Tenten, and Neji plopped down onto the ground.
"I-I'm so tired!" Tenten exclaimed. I nodded in agreement, still huffing in exhaustion. Neji 'surprisingly' glared at me, but I shrugged it off.
We are now on the road yet again, but something doesn't feel right. I can almost sense danger, it's not a surprise though. Out of nowhere, many shurikens flew by speedily. 'I knew it..' I said to myself. I got into fighting stance, preparing for a fight. Guy Sensei, Tenten, and Lee stared at me like I was crazy. Neji activated his Byakugan. "She's definitely right, someone's following us." said Neji with a frown on his face. 'Bang!!' A blurr was seen as Guy Sensei was kicked harshly in the gut. Lee and Tenten seemed shocked. I weaved some hand signs, preparing for a jutsu. Neji scoffed at me. "Show off.." he said. "Dark Style: Shadow Wisp!!" I yell, as darkish chakra formed throughout my fists. I darted forward, lashing my fists into the attacker and sent him flying. Blood poured from the corners of his mouth. He crashed into three to four trees before he collapsed onto the hard ground.
"W-what happened?!" asked Tenten who was in shock from the whole scene. Lee stared at me, and gave a thumbs up. As Guy Sensei stood to his feet, he saw his attacker many kilometers away. "Did you just take down that enemy?" asked Guy Sensei. Lee nodded hyperly. "She has as much youth as us, Guy Sensei!" Lee yelled. Neji scoffed. All I could do was smirk. 'Neji: 0 (f/n): 1!'
"(f/n), you knew that this was gonna happen?" asked Tenten. I hesitated for a moment, but then I nodded. "Wha?!?" Lee asked in shock. "S-sorry that I didn't tell you before.." I said bashfully.
We continued (again!) , our feet thudding into the ground. Guy Sensei grabbed me by the arm. In shock with him grabbing me, I punch him in the gut. Noticing my mistake, I helped him to his feet. "Sorry about that Guy Sensei.." I said in embarrassment. Guy Sensei winced in pain, but managed to smile. "Did I do something wrong?" I asked Guy Sensei quietly. He cupped his hands into my ear. "How are you able to use that jutsu?" he asked me in a whisper.
