Gene barges into Lin's room followed by Noll when they failed to get a response from the owner even though they knew he was inside,only to find that he was outside at the balcony talking on a phone. Seeing the twin's barge in Lin ended the call and came inside his room.
Lin:-Noll..Gene how many times have I told u to knock before u enter.
Gene:-but we did knock!
Noll:-it seems u didn't hear us because of the glass separating the room and balcony.
Lin:-It seems so. Anyway wat brings u hear?
Gene:-actually we were wondering if u could help us decipher this text.<shows the notes to Lin>.
Lin:-<looks skims through the notes and his eyes goes wide>where did u get this from?
Noll:-it's something we found lying around. We believe some of it is in Chinese and the other in Sanskrit or something.
Lin:-<shooks his head> u guys are right about the Chinese part but the other is not Sanskrit, but close enough......I believe it's Hindi.
Gene:-do u think you'll be able to do it?
Lin:- I can handle the Chinese translation now itself but Hindi will take some time.
Gene:-thanks Lin!
Lin finishes translating the Chinese text within minutes while the twins waited. After reading through the text properly Lin had a shocked expression.
Noll:-so Lin wat is it about.
Lin:-Noll..Gene tell me the truth were did you find this?
Noll:-Lin we already told you we found it lying by. <interested and impatient at Lin's expressions>So tell us now wat it is about.
Lin:-the Chinese text is about various curses and their counters. It seems that who ever wrote this is not very familiar with the topic but was trying to research about forceful suppression of psychic abilities from various ancient Chinese books. I must say,though an amateur he\she seemes quite adamant.
Gene:-wat makes u say that she is stubborn?
Lin:-she?? I see so the writer is a female?
Noll:-<glares at his older brother who suddenly found the floor the most interesting thing in the world>we are not sure. But we think so.
Lin:-wat makes u think that?<cue suspicious eyes>
Noll:-well it was dropped by a girl.
Lin:-anyway here u go. I'll give u the Hindi part later after translation.
Gene:-thanks Lin.<leaves but stops at the door>and Lin do u think that u could keep this to u'r self...
Lin:-why Gene?<looks both the twin's with suspicious eyes>wat are u both hiding from me?
Gene:-nothing Lin its just that...the notes also contains some interesting views and questions that are presented regarding many of the books related to paranormal even ours and dad's.
Lin:-i understand I'll take care of it.
Noll:-<smiles softly>thanks Lin<Lin acknowledges it with a slight bow>.
