 -Daryl's P.O.V-

Beth and I find an abandoned car on the side of a road. We climb in and spend the night inside it as a large herd of walkers pass. The next morning, we climb out of the car and scavenge it for supplies before moving out. Later, I hunt for food while Beth makes a fire at a camp that we have set up. I kill a large rattlesnake and bring it back to the camp, where Beth and I cook and eat it.

After she is finished eating, "I want a drink of alcohol, Dad never let me have any." Beth tells me but I don't respond, she angrily takes my knife and leaves. As Beth is walking away, walkers appear and she is forced to hide. I go to her and kill the walkers, before leading her back to the camp even though she is clearly irritated.

"I can take care of myself," Beth tells me angrily before we leave camp. We stumble onto a golf course as a group of walkers emerge from the woods. Beth decides to go to the country club at the edge of the golf course. Once inside, we find dead bodies scattered all over the floor, while three people who supposedly committed suicide earlier hang from the ceiling by their necks as walkers. As Beth looks for alcohol, I begin collecting money that has been scattered across the floor. The walkers from the golf course attempt to enter the room, forcing Beth and I to seek refuge deeper inside the clubhouse. As we work our way deeper into the building, Beth finds an unopened bottle of wine but a walker attacks her from the shadows, and she is forced to smash the bottle to use as a makeshift weapon, before finally killing it with her knife. I stand watching her. "Thank you for your help," Beth says mockingly.

"You did say you could take care of yourself," I remind her Exploring further, Beth discovers writing on the wall saying "Welcome to the dogtrot", and more bodies. Further inside the building, we come to the pro shop where Beth finds new clothes. Where we discover the top half of a female corpse pinned onto some mannequin legs, with a sign reading "Rich Bitch" pinned to the chest. At Beth's determination, I cover the corpse with a trap. As we continue searching, a grandfather clock that we had passed earlier begins to chime, attracting the remaining walkers in the clubhouse. Beth and I attempt to run but it's a dead end so I begin killing the walkers using my crossbow, then a golf club and my knife, before beating the last one with the golf club. We then find the clubhouse's bar, and Beth searches it for alcohol.

Beth finds a half-empty bottle of peach schnapps, "Is it any good?" She asks.

"No" I answer. After being unable to find a clean glass, Beth begins to break down in tears. I angrily walk to where she is sitting and take the bottle, smashing it on the floor, "Your first drink will be something better than peach schnapps." I tell her before taking her to the rundown house that Michonne, Ana and I found. I enter a shack beside the house with Beth and retrieve a create of moonshine. We take shelter inside the house and I pour Beth a glass of moonshine.

Beth offers me a drink, but I refuse saying, "someone needs to have their wits about them." She eventually convinces me to play Never Have I Ever, during which I also become drunk. After one of Beth's questions offends me,I forcefully take Beth outside to where a walker has been attracted to the house. To teach her how to use my crossbow, I shoot the walker in the chest, pinning it to a tree.

I try to get Beth to kill it with my crossbow, "Just kill it!" She yells but I refuse and she refuses to use my crossbow and stabs it in the head with her knife.

"I was having fun." I state, clearly drunk which causes Beth and I begin arguing.

"No, you were being a jackass. If anyone found my dad.." She starts before I cut her off.
