I Want the Cat [Aron]

Aron had been complaining about not getting that cat that he saw when he ordered the Red Ramen Burger with the boys. It's been a week since, and he's still complaining. "Y/N....Can we get Red Robin?" He asked from his office, you were in the bedroom the two of you shared, looking for your phone charger. "Why so you can try to get that cat again?" You said, walking past his office. "NO...Maybe...I'm just upset and hungry." He whined, he looked pretty sad and you didn't like seeing him this way. "Fine, we can have Red Robin."

You called in the order, asking for two Red Ramen burgers. When your order was available for pickup you went over to Aron's office and knocked on the door frame. "Hey... I'm going to pick up our food now and when I come back these house better not be up in flames." You said teasingly, you always treated him like a child since he acted like one. "No promises...mom." He said as she took off his headphones. "Don't call me that." You barked at him. "Okay...babe." He emphasized the last part, making an attempted to wink at you. "Better, love you." You said as you kissed his cheek. "Love you too." He smiled, putting his headphones back on.

You drove to Red Robin, picking up your order, little did Aron know you were picking up something else too. Driving over to the post office, you got out of the car and walked in. You had ordered a package and didn't want Aron to see it so you requested for it to stay at the post office for pick up. After signing a couple papers, you took the package and headed back to the car.

You opened the front door, hoping Aron was still upstairs, luckily he was. You made your way to the kitchen, taking out a plate from the cabinet then a knife from the drawer. You cut open the package and pulled out a bubble wrapped object. Carefully taking off the wrap, you knew Aron would probably want to play with it later, it revealed a Lucky Cat. It was cat Aron referred to for the past week.

You set the cat on the table, it was a statute so it wasn't want of those giant moving ones. The arm that was raised kind of had a flat surface around it, so you took advantage of it, putting a small piece of duct tape on it and placing the plate on top. Opening up the container you placed the Red Ramen burger and the fries on top, trying to make it look like the picture.

"Aron, I have food!" You called out, facing the direction of the doorway that Aron will come through. "MY CAT BETTER BE THERE." He joked, coming down the stairs. Little did he know that it would be there.

Aron walked into the kitchen, stopping as he saw the cat. "Holy shit...you got the cat." You nodded, smiling as you saw his face light up. "You were upset about it and you know I don't like seeing you upset, so I bought this Lucky Cat off of Amazon and taped this plate to it."

Aron didn't say anything, he just simply pulled you into a hug. "That's really nice of you, Y/N..." He said, hugging you tighter. "Anything for little Aron." "I'm not little." He argued. "You act like it..." You pulled away, laughing as his facial expression changed. "Shut up, I do not....But I love you." The smiled returned his face, picking up the cat. "I love you too, and don't break it, it was expensive." You said, as you watched him take it over to the coffee table in the living room. "Who am I... Trevor?"
