Hey my cuties!! In my school were doing poems and I wrote one that I was told to put in here so here you guys go!!
-Strength-
Something's can't be fixed if its already broken
But you can still try
You have to have weakness before strength
You look in the mirror
And you don't see
What you used to be
That's when you know you're broken
You just need a needle and thread
That's all you need,
To stitch yourself up.
So, you can be back to what you use to be.
Strength is earned,
Not just given
You have to climb the mountains
Of anxiety,
Of stress,
Of bullies,
Of hurt, and pain
If you fall,
Just start again.
Sticks and stones
Might break your bones
But word can break you.
Just keep fighting,
Keep holding on,
And you'll make it
No promises will be made,
No bets will be paid,
No stress will be lifted,
No wishes will be gifted,
But all I can say:
Is that I'm "okay".
