Chapter 8

Kayla's POV (The picture above is her)

I helped Christine make the burgers and in a quick second it was time for dinner.
I sat in between Ashton and Jacob. My baby and my babe.
After dinner I changed considering I got everything on my shirt so I put on a tank top and Nike pros. (which are the bomb) After I was done I walked back downstairs to say goodnight to everyone. It was already 9:30 on a school night so I thought hey lets start tomorrow off on a high note with a good night sleep.
"Hey guys I'm going to bed I'll see you in the morning," I said walking over to everyone.
I gave Christine a kiss on the cheek along with Brandon, Hunter, and Ashton. Then I walked over to Jacob and far him a peck on the lips.
"I would wash your face when you get home, it looks like you got mauled by lipstick," I whispered in his ear and gave him a hug when I heard everyone behind us awe-ing.
"Ugh be quiet it was just a hug," I said walking toward the star case.
"Ok then give me a hug," I heard Hunter say.
"Me too!" Brandon and Ashton said simultaneously.
"Fine," I said giggling.
I walked over to Hunter and gave him a hug then Brandon and lastly Ashton.
"Hey sweetie you want to bring Ashton up to bed with you he has to get up early tomorrow morning for school," Christine said to me. I nodded my head and threw Ashton over my shoulder.
"Hey! what's that for!" He yelled at me trying to hold in his giggles.
"I knew you wouldn't walk up the stairs by yourself so I did it for you," I said walking into his room.
"Will you sing to me?" he asked so adorably no one could say no.
"Of course baby," I said pulling up a chair to his bed side.
I began singing the song I was listening to in the car, Masterpiece by Emily Kinney.

I walked my colorful sidewalk
Children with buckets of pastel chalk

I finished the song and noticed Ashton was out cold. I looks in the door way and saw Hunter, Brandon, Jacob, and Christine in the doorway applauding. I shushed them pointing at Ashton.
I didn't feel like singing that entire song.
I walk by them and went into my room where the boys followed me to.
"Why didn't you tell us you could sing?" Brandon asked/whispered because Ashton's room was next door.
"Didn't think it was important," I shrugged.
I got into bed and the boys got the hint that I was going to sleep they left and I turned off my light.
Let the morning come.

*In The Morning*
Ugh I hate morning.
I got up and hit dressed in a white short sleeved shirt and acid washed jean shorts.
I did my morning routine and went downstairs to find some food.
I saw Brandon at the table eating a bowl of fruity pebbles. I grabbed myself a bowl and poured some cereal and milk.

After I was done Hunter came running down the stairs saying we were gonna miss the bus.
Wow their bus comes way earlier.
We all ran to the bus stop and got on.

*After Bus Ride*

I get to my locker safely and open it only for it to be shut on my fingers. I slid them out with them throbbing and someone slammed my head into the locker.
"Hey look everyone! it's the little Orphan Annie because her parents killed themselves at the sight of her!" Andrew yelled and everyone laughed.

"What do you think your doing!" I heard a familiar voice.
Jacob
I knew he wouldn't bail on me.
He walks up to Andrew and Andrew obviously got scared.
"Hey I don't want no trouble," Andrew said backing up into the lockers.
"Well you asked for some when you messed with my girlfriend here," he said aggressively. I've never seen him so mad.
"Your dating the Orphan Annie? Seriously? How much are you getting paid for this?" Andrew asked getting almost everyone to laugh.
"I'm getting paid nothing, but now your gonna have to pay for messing with her and me!" he yelled in his face.

Then the first punch was thrown.
