Link x Blind Reader

You grabbed your f/c sunglasses and put them on. Today you were going to go to a botanic garden with your friend f/n. F/n had invited you to go with her, because she knew you would like the smell of all the plants. Even though you assumed the plants looked nice, you might not ever know. You were blind, and surgery was expensive. You had been blind since you were born.

As soon as you heard the bell ring you ran down your stairs and opened the door. You knew your house very well, and you didn't have to see to navigate your way around.

"F/n!" You reached for her hand and she took it. "Thanks for inviting me!"

"No problem. Ready?" She asked.

"Ready!" You nodded.

F/n led you to her car and you got in. You talked with F/n until you got to the garden. F/n helped you get out of her car and then guided you to the front doors of the garden. The doors felt nice. Smooth handles and polished wood.

F/n held your hand as you walked around. If you weren't holding hands, you may bump into someone. That would be embarrassing!

The smells were awesome. Flowers and plants of many different types. You could hear the sounds of the water fountains.

"Y/n! Look! I mean, no." She turned you around. "In that direction are black eyed Susan's!"

"Really?!?"

You loved black eyed Susan's. They felt soooooooo nice when you touched them. Without thinking, you ran in the direction that f/n had directed you.

"W-wait!" You heard her call.

Oh yeah, right. I don't know where I'm going. You thought.  You tried to stop yourself but the floors of the garden were all slippery, so instead you skidded for a little bit and then CRASH! You bumped into someone and then you fell... Onto them...

"S-sorry!" You said. Your right arm was on the persons right arm, and your left arm was on their left shoulder. Both arms were working to hold your upper body off of the person. Your legs were between their legs, and your glasses had fallen onto their face. You scrambled to get up, trying not to hurt whoever your victim was.

"It's alright. Are you okay?" You heard the person get up and stand in front of you. From their voice, they sounded like a guy.

"Yeah. Are you?"

"Yep. Here are your sunglasses."

"Uh, where? Just put them in my hand." You held out your arm, hand open.

The guy put the sunglasses in your hand, and while doing so his hand brushed against yours. It felt good.

"My name's Link." The guy said. "Um, you seem like a really nice person, so can we, um hang out sometime?"

"S-sure." You said, trying to be calm. But inside you were freaking out. This guy was everything you'd ever dreamed of.

Then you felt your friend come up behind you. "Oooooooo y/n and this guy who calls himself Link are falling in love!!!" F/n said loudly.

You blushed. "F/n why..." You whispered.

"Y/n? Your name's y/n?" Link said.

You nodded.

"I love that name!" Link exclaimed.

"Just like you love her!!!" F/n squealed.

"F/n could you not!" You said, reaching out to slap her.

"Fine fine. But you two should totally get together."

Years later you had saved enough money to get surgery. But not by yourself. Your wonderful boyfriend, Link, had been saving up too.

The first thing you wanted to see when you woke up from surgery was Link, so that's what you asked for. The doctors said that that was acceptable.

Now you were just starting to wake up. The first thing you saw was what you later learned was the color green. It was very bright, so you closed your eyes.

You extended your arms outwards. "Link?" You asked.

"I'm here." You felt his arms wrap around you and lift you up onto his lap.

Still closing your eyes, you felt for Link's face. When you found it, you opened your eyes.

Blue, green, yellow.

His clothes were green. A green hat, and a green tunic. Link looked hot in those green clothes. His hair was a sort of yellow color. Link had a lot of hair. His eyes were blue. That color blue was instantly your favorite color.

And then you were kissing. You kept your eyes open, looking at the beautiful blue of his eyes. That blue seemed to satisfy you in a way you had never experienced before. But what color were your eyes? You slowly pulled away from Link and asked.

"Link, what color are my eyes?"

"The most beautiful shade of (your eye color) I've ever seen."
