Daryl confused me, so much so I was left flustered and blushing most every time he'd talk to me, and I couldn't figure out why. I mean yes, he was definitely attractive, and his voice was smooth and thick with a deep southern accent, something I found I rather enjoyed to listen to. But it was more than that; I felt something strange around him.

I knew he felt the strange feeling as well, as he seemed to be much more awkward, stumbling over his words. It wasn't a romantic feeling, at least I wouldn't think it was, judging by his reaction the day before. But I didn't mind it, just talking and being friends was good enough for me. Besides, if Negan suspected something was up, I know he would do something drastic.

Negan hadn't returned from his run yet, but I wasn't worried, he knew how to handle himself out there....something I wish I could say about myself. But unfortunately that's how I ended up here; my inability to protect others and myself.

I sat there, fidgeting with a button on my shirt as Daryl watched me intently, his gaze making my heart skip a beat. He had asked me moments before if I enjoyed the attention Negan gave me, and I had yet to answer. With a sigh I parted my lips, "He has other wives. Yes, he spends a lot of time with me, but he sees them as well...."

He blinked, obviously taken aback at my statement. "So, not only is he a sadistic asshole, but he's also unfaithful?" he questioned dryly, and I nodded swallowing the lump in my throat. "How can ye live with that?" he seethed, his tone harsh, and I let out a sigh.

"The only type of man I've known is Negan. I don't know what loyalty is like. " I stated softly looking away, and he went silent as he sat back in his seat. After a long pause his voice finally rang through my ears. "Untie me."
