Kiva's P.O.V--
I managed to come up with enough money to pay for both Isaac and I to go to Sky Zone and we had an amazing time with both Tyler and Josh. I was pleasantly surprised when I figured out that Josh was able to do multiple flips with ease; something that even I wasn't able to do. Isaac even warmed up to Tyler a little bit, considering the fact that he kinda had to because Tyler was my boyfriend.
It felt strange to say that. Tyler Robert Joseph was my boyfriend. Although some would argue, aka Josh, that we weren't officially boyfriend and girlfriend until we kissed, which I didn't plan on happening for awhile. Tyler wanted to take it slow and I didn't blame him.
However, my brother and Josh were anxiously waiting for the news that we eventually did kiss, but I wasn't sure when that would be.
A smile found it's way onto my face as I watched Tyler and Zack play basketball from my position on the grass. The game was getting pretty competitive, but it was quite obvious that Tyler had the upper hand. I never really understood the rules of the sport, but I knew Tyler loved doing it.
"Tyler's showing off for his little girlfriend," Zack taunted. "You're usually never this good."
"Hey," I called. "Who are you calling little? I'm older than you."
"By a year and I'm taller than you, so it gives me an advantage," he responded as he attempted to block Tyler. Zack didn't have much success as Tyler shot the ball and it was nothing but net.
"And I win, baby brother," Tyler smirked.
Seeing Tyler acting confident was something I enjoyed watching. He seemed more comfortable and happier when he was actually competing with somebody even if it was his own family members.
"Best two out of three," Zack responded, desperate to redeem himself.
Tyler shook his head. "Sorry, gotta spend time with my girlfriend while she's here. I'm sure she's getting bored of watching us play basketball."
He turned towards me to confirm his statement. "Yeah, it is kinda boring when you don't understand the rules at all," I explained.
Zack sighed, throwing the basketball down. "Fine, tell mom I'm going for a run."
Tyler and I both watched as the second oldest Joseph brother hopped up on the deck and made his way to the front of the house.
I climbed to my feet. "Wow, he really gets upset when he loses."
Tyler shook his head. "It's not necessarily the fact that he lost, it's the fact that he's more obsessed with basketball than I am, but yet, I'm still better than he is. It drives him insane."
Isaac and I were never competitive with each other, but maybe it was because we had a bigger age gap than Tyler and Zack did. Besides, I learned to take care of my brother at an early age.
We made the way back into the house, letting the screen door slam shut behind us before darting up the stairs to avoid Madison or Jay, who loved to stay attached to my hip for some odd reason.
I plopped onto Tyler's bed as he closed his door and plopped down right next to me.
"What time do you have to be home tonight, Kiva?" he asked, propping myself up on his elbow.
