Hey lovelys! Sorry I haven't updated in a while. I hope you like it! <3
I woke up the next morning, still thinking about last night. George had walked me to my common room, holding my hand the whole way. I was a little shocked still that we were now official. It was a lot to take in. I sat up in bed and looked over at Luna, who was reading the Quibbler, typical.
"Morning Luna." I couldn't help but smile. She looked up at me, flashing a smile as well. She greeted me good morning before going back to her magazine. I dragged myself to the bathroom, and stepped into the steaming shower. I let the water wash over me, relaxing my tense muscles. I let my mind wander, and finally ended up back on George, the way he smiled, the way his eyes gleamed when he was about to tell a joke. But my images of him were cut short at the thought of what my father would think. He wasn't at all happy about us being friends, nevermind us being anything more. He was going to go absolutely mad when he finds out. I took a deep breath, and finally left the shower and began to get ready.
I made my way down to the dining hall, my stomach growling the whole way. I darted to the Ravenclaw table, sitting down and filling my plate with some toast and fruit. I took a bite of watermelon, silently thanking the Angels that I was able to get ready quickly enough to be down for the start of breakfast. I was soon joined by some other Ravenclaw girls. I had just bit into a piece of bacon when I heard my name. I swung myself around to see George coming into the great hall. I chewed what was in my mouth quickly, took a swig of tea, and left the table to meet up with him.
"Hey love." I felt the blush grow as he greeted me, then even more so when he kissed my cheek.
"Good morning." I laced my fingers into his. "Did you eat yet?" He shook his head, pulling me towards the Gryffindor table with him. I was a little hesitant to sit with him, but finally did when Oliver made a crack about me standing. Sometimes I wish I was in Gryffindor, just because most of my friends were.
"So I reckon he finally asked huh?" Lee laughed, tossing a plum towards me. Which I caught and bit into. I nodded, smiling when I felt George squeeze my hand which was still intertwined with his.
"What do you think Snape is going to say?" Angela questioned, the minute it left her mouth, my stomach dropped. I didn't even want to think about it. I glanced at the table in front. My father was glaring at me, an angry look plastered across his face. He got up, and made his way to the table. I took a deep breath. "Guess I am about to find out." Angela squeeked. I squeezed George's hand harder, and he looked just as alarmed as everyone else.
"Mr. Weasley, it is improper to bring other students from different houses to sit at the Gryffindor table." My father growled. I stood up quickly, and my actions were soon followed my George.
"Sorry Professer. Won't happen again." George sounded confident. I cringed, this was only about to get worse.
"It best. Ellora, I would like to have a word with you." He glanced then at George, "Alone." I gulped and let go of George's hand, and followed my father.
